Didn't Newman comment he wasn't comfortable with clerk interogating a juriour in her office? Instead of coming to him? That much we know to be true. Say's alot about her right there. She wasn't judge He was. She overstepped the line right there. She opened the door for all of this with that action Right there. She shoukd have been taking lunch orders instead of playing Judge.

I hope they seize her emails as she claimed people “all over the world” emailed her tattling on court attendees and attorneys and telling her what she needed to report to the Judge. Did she make all that up too? She said she gave her email out to the media but “people all over the world” knew and cared enough to email her regarding possible transgressions? Every email allegation she presented to the Judge needs to be carefully scrutinized.
Looks like they found the right patsy. Lets watch her closely she is about to gain new property and offshore cash.

When members of the court system are caught interfering with the justice system they should be held accountable. I also don’t think there should be a retrial altogether, because it’s possible the defendant would have gotten acquitted if not for this corrupt conduct. He should walk free, no matter what anyone says or feels about this defendant. Why should the prosecution get another bite at the apple ???

This clerk has a bad case of main character syndrome. You can't be judge, jury, and executioner when you're a clerk.
Why didn’t the dismissed juror tell the judge that the Clerk was lying and show him the truth?
The judge was one of the best judges I’ve ever seen but why didn’t HE have this independently have this investigated? Is everyone in the South Carolina judicial system corrupt?
