6. I heard that the judge in the Danny Masterson case changed her rulings based on the behavior/strategy of Masterson‘s attorneys in the first trial. In the first trial they told her they were not going to paint the victims as lying about the intercourse that happened, they were just gonna say it was consensual or whatever. But they actually acted as though the victims were making it all up and the intercourse never happened whatsoever. That’s why the judge allowed all this extra stuff to come in. Only thing I thought was that during the first trial the judge should’ve changed her ruling then once the defense started backtracking from what it promised it would not do.

18. I can't, for the life of me, see any point for Chad Daybell, to even try to have a trial. Honestly, neither Chad or Lori stand a chance, in my humble opinion. Both of them have been so villafied to everyone in the past few years that I don't think it's even possible for any jurors in the entire country to go into one of these cases with a clear and unbiased mind.

20. Twins can have the same exact DNA. There is a case of two twin brothers in which one was wanted for murder. DNA could not clear none of the 2 or say which one was guilty due to having the exact same Identical DNA. They later found out which ne was the guilty party.

25. It seems the WHO HE IS regarding Masterson is the thing that kept him walking the streets for this long. You two don't seem to have followed the case very closely, unfortunately. Last time they couldn't talk about the scientology part, so it was more difficult to understand how they control their members and how much they control them in all aspects of their lives. At the same time the foreman had lied himself onto the jury and that was weird. The second lead defence lawyer has been there for a couple of weeks now, so that one of you think she's joining the team is a bit cringe. Pay more attention if you want people to trust your comments.

26. There was an author who tried to copyright a word a few years ago. This is the same thing. Only in America… A lot of artists get sued for all kinds of stupid things. Some settle just to get rid of it, no matter what they think. Some don't want to be "a piggy bank". Ed Sheeran is successful and that's why people target him, but he's not alone.

33. If the courts allow people to sue on account of melody, then you can say goodbye to music, because all music has similar melodies in some way, shape, or form. There are only so many notes, so many rhythms, so many words. As a musician myself, this is a dangerous game to play. The music industry is a mess as it is, this would put the nail in the coffin.

41. Say you didnt research scientology without saying you didnt research scientology.🙄 Josh Im disappointed with your “research” for the masterson trial part. There are many many ex scientology members with yt channels where you coukd have found out more info, and complete info on this case. Scientolgies very principal/rules say you cant report another member. You dont go to police. You stalk, alienate, discredit and make hate propaganda about anyone speaking out against or trying to sue scientology or scientologists. If you do not understand how cos( church of scientology) works, then you will not understand why certain things were done or not done in the trial. First jury was tampered with as jury forperson lied to get there and helped cos. The victims were not helped because of cos rules. Masterson is a serial rapist protected by cos cuz he was a celebrity. The woman were bullied, threatened, talked about, intimidated etc to stop this case from proceeding. Also the first trial also had the issue that it wasnt explained why the women acted the way they did after the assaults. This time,Claire headley who was number 2 or 3 in cos and was an expert on cos policies and training that woukd make the women not report etc.. plus a dr that explains why sa victims might act counterintuitive after assaults.
