In this episode of Crime Watch Daily Updates: The tragic story of affluent couple Adam and Samira Frasch. Adam, who was a successful doctor, lived a life of luxury in a big house with Samira and their two children.
Though they had everything on the outside, Adam and Samira’s marriage was crumbling. They fought all the time, and things got physical from time to time. After one fight, Samira was arrested for domestic violence, but prosecutors later dropped the charges against her.
Their relationship was like a roller coaster with its ups and downs. Adam reportedly had a penchant for dating exotic dancers, and he had an affair with three women, one of whom he got pregnant.
By early 2014, the pair had split up, and Samira filed for divorce, though they still saw each other. Surveillance footage from February 22, 2014, showed them driving back to their home in two separate cars. The next morning, Adam left with their kids because he wanted to give Samira a day to herself.
In the late morning of February 23, 2014, Samira’s repairman came over to do some handiwork and found her dead in the pool. She was 38 years old.
The medical examiner’s office determined Samira died from blunt force trauma and drowning, and her death was hardly an accident.
Adam remained adamant she had drowned.
In November 2014, prosecutors charged Adam with first-degree murder, and he went to trial in January 2017. He was convicted and sentenced to life in prison, though he continues to maintain his innocence.
Adam appealed the ruling, but in 2019, the Florida appeals court maintained his conviction. The Florida Supreme Court denied a request to review his case, as did the U.S. Supreme Court. In 2022, he filed a motion to vacate the conviction and sentencing. A hearing is now scheduled for February 2023.

Well, maybe she was a gold digger and once she had the manson and he had to pay her he snapped. While she is living in his house he paid for with his money that he earned. She off doing much better looking guys. He went to prison on no evidence. All circumstantial. She landed a doctor. Then tossed him out…Took the kids… I have also watched these where the wife gets in shape and leavws the husband after while he is paying for the gym membership…Horrible. Bottom line ladies. Don't piss off your man that is working for everything you have or you will end up Deep Six..

Sorry I believe this man is as innocent as the day is long. The handyman assumed she was dead bc she was in a pool n had drowned. Did he know she couldn't swim? She was a con woman. She was all about his money from jump. She came from very little n managed 2 swindle her way Into his heart. I have also experienced getting scratched by an infant an 8 month old, so yes kids can scratch n leave marks. They were dressed 2 the nines when she was with them. They also said she was a good mother but there was a lot of hesitation when law enforcement and friends discuss her being a good mother. Why would he kill her? He still has his career as a Doctor and the police had made up their mind b4 they did any investigation. Samara was not no angle. She was never a model n lied about that from jump. She was actually an exotic dancer and escort as well. That's how he met her. Don't listen to everything u c on television. The tide wouldn't have turned that much bc her drinking was excessive and she enjoyed having a ton of time without her children. She was a mother of convenience, nannies Did a big part of the raising of the children. It's clear to c she was a user n knew what she was doing. The sex tape could have been thrown out in court bc she had payed the woman to have sex with him n record it that coercing someone into a set up, a trap to gain access to more $, the kids the house, etc. If she was so afraid of water why have an enground pool in ur back yard. U think she would've learned 2 swim. Guess hair n makeup was more important than learning to swim. Mind boggling. What does the 2 neighbors have to gain by saying they saw her that morning. Then a career snitch, really come on! I don't c the doctor confiding in a career criminal. The golf club was staged as well. Come on ppl! This is sickening. I feel so bad for that man his poor children n his father. It seemed the father knew from the beginning that she was a user
Adam answer looked pretty honest except for whether they had differences as they got hone. A question of how Gardiner got in the gate after smoking a cigarette if no one was able to let him in unless he had the code but if he did why was he waiting? Why do we see no pictures of he floating on her back? If I found someone in a pool the normal thing would be to pull them out and begin CPR. THERE ARE JUST TOO MANY QUESTIONS. The detectives are making inferences that are unfounded. The whole case being circumstantial with no understanding of what happened. Tallahassee had the Dan Markel murder that summer and I believe this was a push to get atleast one conviction.

Anyone notice in the interrogation audio (if you’ve listened to the full interrogation) he routinely refers to his children as “the babies” or , “the baby” It came off as distant the amount of times he called them that.. to me by calling them that every time it seems he doesn’t involve himself with them. Like he had nothing to do with their daily life? “My children” or using their names would be what I would expect a father to say. Just my takeaway from it.
I believe he was a podiatrist but I never understood how he brought in THAT much money he flaunted? Based on his lavish lifestyle I would think a podiatrist income would be on the lower tier of Drs pay? I think GPs might make more than them? I know what they do can vary – from foot surgeries, to ingrown toenails, to correcting gaits with orthotics , but still… I can’t see one being able to live like a billionaire? <EDIT >. I really had my doubts about Adam killing his wife, but after seeing many different episodes about this case, he’s no doubt GUILTY!!!!!!! I think 🤔 if he didn’t lie so much about there relationship and his infidelity and all the other issues then people might believe him a tiny amount!
