1. Cops got nothing better to do than hassle black men?

2. Immediately says he smells '' The odour of fresh green marijuana ''. He is approx TEN feet from their car and it's the doors are SHUT ! This guy shouldn't be wearing a police uniform.
   He should be wearing a Superman suit.

3. You may already know this but we were taught this at the academy. (if you don't know it, try it) We were taught that defense attorneys in court will ask, "Officer, in your report you said you smelled marijuana on my client or from my client's car. Can you describe what marijuana smells like?" IF the cop says anything other then, "It smells like marijuana" then you have a great way to getting your case tossed.

   I've heard, "Well, it smells a little like burnt leaves" or "It smells like skunked beer" or "it kind of smells like a skunk" If they answer anything like that (or other things) Then your follow up question will need to be, "Officer, you just said that you smelled marijuana on my client. You were then asked what does marijuana smell like? Your answer was, 'it smells a little like a skunk' So officer, why wasn't this smell coming from a skunk?" The cop might go into, "Well, I didn't smell it until I approached the vehicle" Follow up, "Well officer, could the car have smelled like a skunk because the driver just hit one?"

   Basically, if the cop says anything other then "weed smells like weed" You have a pathway to getting that evidence tossed" I've seen it happen 🙂

9. These cops are pathetic straight up harrasment license or no license…… Last time I checked anyway the government was not authorized to restrict your movement with licenses…….. This is just one of those bogus ass cops out there ruining peoples lives one at a time, pathetic

20. I got pulled over for tint(that was legal) & the 1st thing he said after my tint was good was “I smell weed”. Nobody smokes in my car

21. I think that officer can promise you he could smell weed as the car went by. They call him Bloodhound back at the station. His wife calls him Bitch.
