A Houston police officer was forced to tase a driver after he ran from a traffic stop on August 17. The suspect — later identified as Chad Duhon — had two warrants out for his arrest when he was pulled over. The Law&Crime Network’s Elizabeth Millner breaks down the body camera footage.
