  1. So many of these cases have parents that are deeply committed to being respected by their church communities. It proves that we do t always know what goes on behind closed doors.

  2. To me , and I have seen this far too many times, Home Schooling is a license and Carte Blanche for the facilitation for child abuse. They really need to outlaw Home Schooling. Unless they completely overhaul the system. Home Schooling must be stringently monitored.

  3. “Faith based, Christian family” always raises red flag for me. So does the homeschooling of adopted children💔 I’m glad he escaped these monsters when he did🙏🏽

  4. I really can’t believe that in 2024, it’s essential to censored the word “abuse” especially on a channel that is focused on true crime…YouTube is so unserious😭

  5. Why one kid gets targeted over another? Based on Family Systems Theory, there are 6 main roles assigned to children in a dysfunctional family. They include: Hero, Scapegoat, Mascot, Enabler/Caretaker, Lost Child and Golden child. The point is no one is equal within the family dynamic. The parents assign the roles consciously or subconsciously. The labels create a system of abuse. Some more extreme than others and evolving. Raising children to some people is all about feeding their ego. Children are expensive to raise. Not sure i buy into the reason they raise children is for the money.

  6. They may be self proclaimed as “religious” but if they were actually involved in a church, this would have been seen/known and likely reported. Religion may have been merely an excuse.

  7. So you’re telling me multiple people knew about this and nobody reported it a neighbor, a stranger had to report it?? They should all be charged too

  8. Please don't demonize Foster-parents, most of us are loving people who truly love the kids they care for and help them to grow into adulthood and be loving, productive members of society.
