Cops’ drive-by taser game ends poorly after the bodycam footage is reviewed by prosecutors. Usually, taser cases are fairly easy to win because there’s a ton of caselaw on tasers and excessive force. I’m not sure where this one went sideways…..

This cop was too excited to yell put hands on him
Ladies & gentlemen, I present to you the American South & the core Trump base
Wow
Sometimes they really do act like gang members… yet there is no physical defense against this gang.
Hey watch all your stuff was gonna ask you if you know a federal Supreme Court about legislative intent and color of language on interpretation legislative intent on creating or codified laws
If they told him to run, then charged him with fleeing on foot, is that not entrapment?
this is sick and the cops got what they deserve.
I live in Florida
When I was 13 I got Taser at school cuz I was cursing at the cop and wouldn't stop slowly walking away from him
For many many years I worked in different bars, night clubs, music venues, music festivals, etcetera in a security position and had to deal with all sorts of crazy behavior. We had extremely intoxicated patrons, intoxicated patrons trying to fight each other, trying to fight us, trying to attack bartenders, house audio and lighting crews, management, ticket sales, and cocktail waitresses. We had people attempt to sneak in, steal things, sell things that we don't want our patrons consuming, the occasional date rapist we would spot trying to get his date black out intoxicated and would separate from his prospective victim and hand the guys over to law enforcement and their dates to paramedics, we had all sorts of craziness and nonsense and juvenile to felonious behavior. I had the pleasure of managing security crews and training new people and I could always tell right from the start those who had the mental capacity to do the job well from those who would just make situations worse. Those who couldn't distinguish personal attacks from "the job" would never last and rightfully so. If you can't realize that no matter what these people say to you or what they try and do to you none of it is personal and none of it is anything but intoxicated childish nonsense and there's no room for those who were going to let tempers fly and act as irrationally as the very troublemakers we had to babysit every night. You've got to be able to keep a level head and not be susceptible to instigation because as soon as you step before someone and tell them they can't do this or that or need to get it together there is only two ways they can possibly react. Their either going to straiten up and realize their making an ass of themself, or throw a tantrum for ending their fun and personally attack you with their words, body parts, or physical objects. They don't actually have any problem with you at all and its not about you at all no matter what they say about your mother or you or whatever and if your vulnerable to that nonsense and actually take their ramblings personally and lose your cool your never going to make it in that capacity and your going to hate the job until you leave it or lose it. This is the case with law enforcement as well, yet so.ehow I've never seen a cop that could let it go or not take it personally ally and keep their cool. They always throw a tantrum right back and escalate every situation their ever in and it blows my mind that these are the people they give badges to! Talk about the worst picks ever to arm and give authority to!
This video illustrates the endemic problem with policing in the U.S. very clearly! Americans need to make this an issue, especially in the southern states.
"Pain compliance tactics" is the definition for torture.
2:40–2:46 That sounds an awful lot like these cops admitting the sole reason they chased him down and did all of this was retaliation for his 1a protected activity of badmouthing the cops.
They act like this even with cameras?
What was that you said about: And I (quote) It's not a racist thing… Black's been treated like this for decades, & nobody wanted to help us up in til now. Most attorneys do it for the money. Authorities in all fields became so corrupt. The FBI helps law Enforcement Lie and Tamper with evidence… Cops fighting Cops. Cops vs state troopers. Cops vs military. It's Very Bad in our country. It's like a Virus, Eating this country from the inside…
This reminds me of the killing of Damon Grimes. Drive-by taser to the back of the head of a 15-year-old child riding an ATV. Why are these cops playing GTA in real life.
Sounds like the local lawyers were afraid to buck the local PD. Probably for good reason.
Finally some good ole boy Texas thug cops got charged and put in jail. Texas cops seem to be extremely ignorant and arrogant with egotistical tendencies. Glad they'll never wear a badge again. This was just butthurt retaliation.
Oh snap. I live here in willis. Our police force is HUGE. Which is weird because it's a small town.
Surprised to see it was a black man, weird what the MSM decides to blow up. Guess it wasnt an election year.
