Bodycam footage shows police confronting a New Jersey realtor after she caused a major car wreck. She admitted she was under the influence of alcohol, stating she downed three margaritas before getting behind the wheel. When officers gave her a sobriety test, it was clear to them that the woman was incoherent and she was arrested for a DUI.

  1. Boca Post says that she hit two parked cars and struck a pedestrian standing next to one of the vehicles. Her charges were: DUI, assault by auto, and reckless driving.

  2. I was going straight and the car just flipped over. Yeah i get it lady, it happens to me every time i go straight. I've been through so many cars because of that!

  3. Her smile during the eye test is unnerving. Even if I was drunk I would have more reaction, she is way too calm. Then again I don’t know the last time I blew a .17 if ever

  4. I suspect that her phone has something to do with the accident, she was subconsciously showing her phone when asked how it happened.

  5. I'm surprised many of these sobriety tests aren't challenged, after people involved could be in shock, directly after these incidents. I'm not defending DUI, but it's amazing that the state of mind is almost protected, by being under the influence.

  6. “I honestly don’t know what happened”

car just flipped itself and it surprised me just as much as you.
She didn’t know she was driving a transformer

  7. The video doesn't show/explain why a woman was screaming as if someone was severely hurt or worse. Only towards the end does the arresting officer question who was screaming.

  8. So I have a drink or two, once or twice a year, but I don’t drive when I do.
I have psoriatic and osteoarthritis and was trying to do the field test (yes completely sober) and I would fail in a heartbeat. I did the leg in air and was wobbly. When I did the heal to toe walk I definitely didn’t have good balance. Could I ask for a breathalyzer in that case? Would I automatically be arrested for DUI even though I haven’t been drinking? Just curious about the people that can’t do the test. Thank You!

  9. What a poor example of policing! Any law school graduate will have the field test thrown out on multiple errors. Then, WHY TF does a transport vehicle NEED to run through traffic signals while intermediately engaging lights and sirens? The emergency was over, but this deputy has been taught that they have no obligation to follow traffic code while on duty.

  10. Lame. She said she had three margaritas four hours before this. Not that she downed three margaritas. You owe me a half an hour of my life back.

  11. When the cop asks her if, when & then how many drinks she had, why isn’t that a violation of her Miranda rights?

  12. The moment someone is overly calm after a situation like this and is like “Really um I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ what happened, I was just driving in a straight line and suddenly the car flipped”…..
That’s dead giveaway something is up!
    Just sayin.
