Police arrived at the scene of an alleged accident that had been reported. When the police made contact with one of the drivers, Nerylix, they noticed signs of impairment and detected the odor of alcohol coming from her breath. Officers had Nerylix perform field sobriety tests, which they say she failed, and was later arrested for DUI. At the police station, officers tested her BAC, which was nearly four times over the legal limit. Out of concern, police brought her to a local hospital.

  1. I’ve been there. Was extremely addicted to alcohol. The physical addiction is insane. You can’t just stop. At the point your tolerance is high enough to blow .3s + you will absolutely 100 die if you just stop. It requires A LOT of help. Thankfully I got the help I needed. But the consequences never go away. 4 years later paying lawyers and psychiatrists. So I honestly pray they get the help too.

  2. Asking even sober people to walk a line that’s equivalent of a gymnastic balance beam is ridiculous. They’re designed to fail. Also I was happy to see her saying that her eyes couldn’t “reach that far” with the one test. They move that pen so far out of the range of anyone’s vision.

  3. "I have flat feet, I can't walk straight & have no balance. Oh & Im an athlete" ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ DOH
    Drinking must be her sport. 🍺 🍺ᕙ(  • ‿ •  )ᕗ🍷🍹🍸

  4. She has an extremely high tolerance because she doesn’t even stumble or have any difficulty functioning. She really must be doing this a lot. I hope she gets help.

  5. Over here in the U.K. there’s no way an ambulance would come to pick up a drunk. It’s pretty much a last resort even for seriously ill people … and there would be a very long wait.

  6. At least she complied and wasn't a total Karen. She's still a atractivve young lady to have such a high alcohol tolerance. She best be very careful she dont ruin her liver. She needs help to beat that habit.

  7. Aw, woman. Thank you for showing a woman like me to not go out there drink driving.. it sucks but without examples like her some of us might repeat these same mistakes.
    At least shes likeable. 😅

  8. Do you realise your sunglasses are upside down! The look on her face! Prise less. I know it’s a serious situation- but this question – got me off guard ( I haven’t noticed it) . Respect for her quite easy behaviour

  9. I watched a different DUI video where the girl blew a 0.32 two+ hours after initial stop and she was passing out, vomiting, and unable to function in any way so she definitely had a lower tolerance than this woman. I was shocked they didn’t send her to the hospital or even keep her to sober up on supervision, they just sent her home to her dad. She was so out of it they couldn’t even ask her permission to call her dad (she was 26, but looked 16). I mean I think if anyone blows that high they should be sent to the hospital.

  10. I have zero sympathy for a driver that’s intoxicated !!!!!! The possibilities for tragedy are immeasurable …. BUT….. that officer was terrible at instructions and demonstration….. I don’t drink, and it was hard to understand what he was explaining…

  11. She drank so much that her adrenaline is the only thing keeping her up. When I was 19, I blew .238 and I was much worse than her. I refused SFSTs because I didnt want to fall over and look even dumber.

  12. I do appreciate that she's not a belligerent drunk. But blowing that high and walking and acting like she's not really drunk, is concerning. I really hope she's getting help.

  13. At least she's chill, cooperative and most importantly calm during the entirety of the interaction with the police! 🙂 Wishing her the best!

  14. I'm from England so this could be an accent thing but I couldnt understand the cop at times, in fact he sounded more drunk than she did.
