Bodycam footage shows police reporting to the scene of a disabled vehicle incident involving a New Jersey woman. The woman, Abigail Bickar, was noticeably impaired even though she denied having any alcohol. When given sobriety tests, she failed to recite the alphabet correctly, didn’t count correctly, and failed to maintain her balance. Bickar was then arrested for DUI.

  1. See the trick here would be going home, taking the lose of your front bumper, and getting away with a dui. Instead you call the cops on yourself, and add probably another 10k at least with court costs and everything…

  2. I can’t keep my Bachelor’s Degree balance or walk straight because it’s chilly out here and I’m nervous. Not because I drank anything alcoholic and tried driving. Enjoy your new adjusted auto insurance rates! 😂😂😂

  3. I don't understand the actions of the American police, is the law strange? Hand tests and walking games… Here in Finland, the police tell you to blow into the breathalyzer immediately.

  4. She did great on the walk and turn! On her way back she started beside the line, then crossed all the way over to the right 😂😂😂.

  5. Tells the officer, I’m cold. He says I am too, she says yeah well you have bullet proof on! It’s fair to say that the officer isn’t wearing it like thermals, top and bottom 😂😂😂

  6. She was right to ask cop to do 9 steps. The real question i want answered is., has anyone other than law enforcement or first responders ever passed???? I guarentee answer is no.

  7. Why the heck would she call the cops when she’s out in the middle of nowhere, knowing she’s impaired? What would compel this person, unless they’re a complete foolish clown, to call the cops, in this situation? Not a friend family mender or triple A?

  8. I don't understand what's the point of doing tests if she's obviously drunk. Isn't it supposed to be used if the person isn't obviously impaired?

  9. Clue: If you are drunk and have an accident that involves no one else, don't call the police, call a friend or relative for a ride home and a tow truck. That's all.
