  1. Love what you do in teaching liberty. I've shared your wisdom with many others.

    You are mistaken pertaining to YovTvbe having "open season" such that "you can say anything" in comments. That is absolutely incorrect. Many words, phrases and even certain number combinations are indeed banned.
    Some users have their comments shadowbanned as well.

    Peace and much love.

  2. LOL you got me there – "In the year of the Karen" In that case, I'm Nerak.
    When I move back Home I'm going to Petition Legislature to 'adopt' Stand You Ground.
    As of now, Maryland has None. That sucks! note: County I'm from Voted Trump! : }

  3. Under Texas Penal Code §9.42, a person may use deadly force against another to protect land or property if:

    He is the owner of the land;

    He reasonably believes using the force is immediately necessary to prevent arson, burglary, or robbery; and

    He reasonably believes that the land or property cannot be protected or recovered by any other means.

  4. One important thing needs to be understood. Most stand your ground laws are offering an ADDITIONAL protection to self-defense. They give you an option to use at trial or the ability to prevent the trial from ever happening. Only duty to retreat statutes are removing standard self defense protections.

    In the Louisiana case of losing Castle or SYG for drug dealers, you still retain the ability to defend yourself, just without additional protection.

    The Supreme Court has found multiple times that criminals and felons can legally defend themselves, even with an illegal firearm, in certain circumstances.

  5. The issue is my neighbors homes are less then a car length from mine. If your in the country it's a non issue. But I could likely shoot a arrow into my neighbors house from inside mine , if his home isn't block. Most of the houses in my neighborhood are woodframe and cement board. If you're on an acre I wouldn't second guess picking up any caliber to stop someone, because it is virtually a non-issue.
