  1. Itโ€™s heartbreaking when kids get hurt by parents who are stubbornly ignorant of how things work. And the Social Contract in general. + if you live in California then you must have some sense of how vital the Central Valley is to the state & the country. Minor infestations can bankrupt a small independent farmer. Care about that.

  2. I see some ants and ticks on that list that I want them to quarantine from my state. So Calif doesn't have flies or roaches, probably a lot of roaches. This guy is confused, it's like if the health inspector wants to inspect his restaurant or sewer at his house, :"Do you have a warrant"

  3. This guy thinks the constitution makes him invincible when the reality is heโ€™s just using it as an excuse to feel self important. Itโ€™s narcissism. And the truth is no one gives a flying F about him or his interpretations or convictions.

  4. Bro must be the type of a guy that gives his amazon delivery guy a hard time cause he doesnโ€™t like that prime delivery raised their prices and he thinks the driver will give Bezos a call to make it right.

Like the video said he shouldโ€™ve taken the ticket and fought it in court if he really truly felt he had a case and try to take it to the Supreme Court. Arguing with the inspection point workers doing and few cops doing their job description to win some points online seems very disingenuous on his part.

  5. This idiot is lucky to have faced some of the most polite & patient cops. This is what you look like when you don't understand the laws of a state and just think that turning your camera on will validate your point and make you look like a freedom fighter against tyranny lol

  6. Jesus, what harm would it do to you to let them inspect your car? Why do people always have to be so difficult? That's what happens when you give freedom to idiots, they fail to realize that with freedom, you also receive responsibilities. They are just asking him to be responsible and cooperate to continue keeping the state in order. There's nothing more to it.

  7. The argument that the courts make is โ€œI know the constitution says this, but it would be easier for the government to give itself a pass in just this particular case, but donโ€™t worry we wonโ€™t move the line anymore when we feel like itโ€. Maybe you all disagree, but there really isnโ€™y a section of the fourth amendment that says โ€œunless itโ€™s difficult for the government to conform, in which case we can just ignore thisโ€. The idea that reading the amendments literally is somehow wrong would also require you to believe that the constitution is just a suggestion and words have no meaning.
