I agee with Mom. The fact that people use cell phones while operating a motor vehicle IS a distraction.
The public has gotten more COCKY since the age of cell phones.

This officer gets a kick out of demanding ID without telling the citizen why, but the law gonna change folks where officers have to tell you the reason for the stop before demanding ID
Completely irresponsible for a law enforcement officer to speed thru traffic without using both lights and siren. If you collide with me, your butt will be in court.
