  1. This narrator I’ve seen is that he always side with the police. 👮 He is very harsh when he speaks about the citizens. He is not partial. At all

  2. The PI is in a tough spot. Yes, informing the officers he’s a PI likely would have cleared things up a lot easier, he risks professional harm by having his investigation exposed or by violating his clients trust when the officers likely inform the woman the man’s not stalking he’s a PI.

  3. This is such a tricky one – he is within his rights but why could the officer not suspect him of stalking which is a crime? Why not be forthcoming and say you are a PI instead of causing shit?

  4. The problem with Mr. Hoffman informing the deputies that he is a licensed private investigator when he didn't to is that the officers would have probably passed that on to the person he was investigating. JSO is absolutely that sloppy and unprofessional. He got an A+

  5. Any other day they tell you to go FYS & handle that in court. Now pig wants to hold court in the streets. You’re all pathetic.

  6. There could be a restraining order against him for all the cop knows. JS Also, run his plates, if the man can prove who he is, the car could be stolen. Hmm. try that. He's just pissed his perp got away.

  7. 9:06

That pause on the sergeant’s mouth says it all

That’s the mouth of someone who doesn’t wanna speak up

He doesn’t wanna say “it isn’t a crime” coz he knows the guy will say “so I’m free to go?”

  8. 7:19

So if I say “a fat man just raped me at gunpoint – he said he would kill any cop who approaches him ON SIGHT” and I accurately describe what the man was wearing, what car he was driving, etc as long as I give them enough FACTS about the man, they’ll just try to arrest them for resisting arrest?

Got it – “911, there’s a fat man at mar-a-lago I would like to report a crime on”

    🤷🏾‍♀️

By the way the law is described, it seems like cops can do whatever they want as long as they suspect you hard enough ahahaha

What the fuck happened to cops just following people till they do or are about to do a crime ? 🤷🏾‍♀️ why do they waste their time doing shit like this

    Just so fucking stupid

All the cops had to do was send him on his way THEN FOLLOW HIM 😅
If he kept following the girl, now you know.

  9. They nonverbally detained him for hours then pretend he resisted arrest when he was talking to his family members as he was being cuffed.

    He said “I’m leaving”
Cops said “you’re not free to leave”
    He asks “am I detained”
    Cop says “yes”
Guy steps away from his car

Cops handcuff him for following their orders
He gets upset and talks to his family – every time he turned his head to say something to his family members, the cops told him “relax stop resisting” 🤷🏾‍♀️
When he couldn’t get in the car as quickly as they wanted him to, they shoved him in and tried to pretend he attacked them

The cops then threaten his family members. A cop said he’d “hit” his family members if he kicked the inside of the patrol car

After hours of this, they finally leave to take him to jail. On the way there, the cops ignored him asking why he was being arrested for while listening to Joe rogan

The entire time he was handcuffed in the car, the cops refused to tell him what he was under arrest for and instead told him “you’re just being detained” 😅

This is all in spite of literally everyone saying “we have everything on camera”

  10. I just watched the more recent incident with this guy. He did well in it & the cops were being shitty. I'm only a couple minutes into this one & I'm not a fan of him deciding to ignore & not answer the cops first question about if he was an investigator because that would've been it & the officers could've went on looking for real criminals.

If someone was following my mom around like this I'd want the officers to stop & investigate. Choosing not to answer a basic question raises suspicion. Whether hes legally in the right or not, hes being a dick for no real reason.

  11. I appreciate this man's knowledge and application of his rights and the correponding laws; but is it too much for him to admit to being a "Private Investigator"? This would seem to change the whole mood of this traffic stop and the officers involved. They appear to be more interested in stopping a "stalker" which is admirable and reassuring.

  12. The lawyer explaining the law said he could have avoided all this by telling the cops je was an investigator. If he did that his investigation would be compromised if the cops tell the complainant who he was which they probably would have.

  13. He should have mentioned he was a private investigator and everything would have gone away. That was dumb on his part.

  14. He couldn't tell them he is a P.I. to dispel their suspicions bc then they would've had a follow up with the complainant and have to tell her that the man following was investigating her and blown his case

  15. So this is what happens after, the cops start telling women they cant help them with wierd men following them until that one time when the follower kills one or two women. Then the cops get blamed for not stopping suspicious stalkers of women.

  16. We are now reaping the benefits of years of police departments specifically selecting candidates who are of average or below intelligence

  17. This investigator is useless at his job. This is the second time he's been spotted by the person he's investigating. He also goes out of his way to make the situation worse by not cooperating with the officers because he has admitted he hates the police. A professional investigator would have shown his id and explained what he was doing.

  18. the supreme court that we have now will swing the pendulum against the people of this country… welcome to fascism

  19. Both officers who initially spoke to Hoffman asked him straight away if he was an investigator. Had he identified that he was, this could have ended immediately, and he could have continued with his work. He didn't need to provide why he was investigating her. He just had to say "yes" and show his credentials.
