  1. These judges are disgusting. Every time I see one of these women it seems like they only get a few years. So I guess what's really going to stop them? We need mandatory laws with harsher penalties for crimes like this. I feel so bad for the child and his parent. I know his mom had no clue that this was going to happen. We trust social workers to protect our children.

  2. They gave her a plea ddal to drop those other charges for what??? Hopefully she meets street justice like hard street justice. Who cares if she has a child she obviosuly doesnt!

  3. It's only 4 years…BUT…the real tragedy and consequence is going to come in the form of never being able to get those 4 years of life back with her baby. 4 years of memories and watching her baby grow….gone.

  4. Isn't it funny they all say they are sorry for ''what happened'', they never say ''for what I did'' or ''for my actions''. They never ever will take responsibility for the kind of people they are. They will give excuses to themselves nonstop.

  5. 20:09 this happened very similar to my cousins, and he harmed them while getting treatment for abuse, he got life!! If this teacher was male, his life would be in a cell. Justice was not served for this child. Imo

  6. People automatically become remorseful model citizens when the cuffs go on… when her baby turns 13, she will be in the victim’s mother’s shoes. I pray there’s no one in her shoes to do to her child what she has done to someone else’s.

  7. I dont understand that the judge says the victim was a child and that she blackmailed and so on but he s ok with giving such a light punishment. Why is that? Is it because she's a woman? It's not acceptable whatever the reason is, some people go to jail way way longer for smaller offenses than 4 years and 9 months
