  1. Imagine if this was a guy and a young girl that did this that just had "a child" would he have got this sentence? Absolutely NOT!! This is bull s***

  2. She obviously was raised by a religious conservative family I noticed all these types of people come from that life it's a power thing.

  3. These judges are disgusting. Every time I see one of these women it seems like they only get a few years. So I guess what's really going to stop them? We need mandatory laws with harsher penalties for crimes like this. I feel so bad for the child and his parent. I know his mom had no clue that this was going to happen. We trust social workers to protect our children.

  4. Un-fxxking-real! 4 years for this is nothing! She threatened his mum with a gun and they just drop it. If a guy did this he'd get a life sentence

  5. From her very first sentence it’s obvious she isn’t sorry because she’s apologizing for the situation and not taking any accountability for the fact that she caused the entire thing

  6. They gave her a plea ddal to drop those other charges for what??? Hopefully she meets street justice like hard street justice. Who cares if she has a child she obviosuly doesnt!

  7. It's only 4 years…BUT…the real tragedy and consequence is going to come in the form of never being able to get those 4 years of life back with her baby. 4 years of memories and watching her baby grow….gone.

  8. Isn't it funny they all say they are sorry for ''what happened'', they never say ''for what I did'' or ''for my actions''. They never ever will take responsibility for the kind of people they are. They will give excuses to themselves nonstop.

  9. I'm sorry, but she is gorgeous. If I were thirteen and her and I were hooking up, I wouldn't say a word… I'd count my blessings! What a lucky 13 year old!

  10. 20:09 this happened very similar to my cousins, and he harmed them while getting treatment for abuse, he got life!! If this teacher was male, his life would be in a cell. Justice was not served for this child. Imo

  11. If this was a man that did this to a young girl, they would locked him up and throw away the key now it’s a woman doing this to a young boy, but she gets less prison time unbelievable

  12. People automatically become remorseful model citizens when the cuffs go on… when her baby turns 13, she will be in the victim’s mother’s shoes. I pray there’s no one in her shoes to do to her child what she has done to someone else’s.

  13. 20:14 "we need to vet people" but how would you have vetted a person with a qualification and no previous history? Easy statement to make but lacks any substance.

  14. I dont understand that the judge says the victim was a child and that she blackmailed and so on but he s ok with giving such a light punishment. Why is that? Is it because she's a woman? It's not acceptable whatever the reason is, some people go to jail way way longer for smaller offenses than 4 years and 9 months
