    I was in prison with Emily and I don’t care what ANYONE a Dr a Judge nor a jury says I know Emily we were in a max security prison together in the same pod she was my Girlfriend and when I say I know her BELIEVE ME I am is her and she isn’t capable of doing ANYTHING like that to ANYONE let alone her step daughter who she says isn’t just her step daughter that Anna was just as much hers as she was his she loved that little girl she balls her eyes out ANYTIME someone mentioned Anna and we talked about what happened that day A LOT and she said EVERYTIME the same thing her story never changes and even tho Emily didn’t do this to that little girl she said she still feels responsible because she was the only Adult there but that SHE DIDNT DO WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY SHE DID!!! And I don’t think she is capable of doing that to ANYONE especially not that precious little girl!! She is kind and generous and has a bubbly personality she is always looking for good in EVERYONE and she never sees bad in anyone nor anything I love you EMILY!!

    Can an 8 year old inflict life threatening injuries on a 2 year old? Yes it has been done. But can an 8 year old outwit a trained child psychologist investigating their involvement in such an incident like this one? Absolutely no.

    Probably cause I watch too much crime video about the interview, investigation, court.. I thought that 911 is so real. The ways she hold her cries while give information and sound so worried. I hope she get the justice.

    i believe with all my heart shes innocent! i became a stepmom at 24yr old to a 5yr old autistic son and 2yr old lil boy plus had my 8 yr old. the autistic bpoy caused injuries tpo the 2yr old ALL THE TIME!!!! down a set of 15 stairs

    You always make a mental note of when a toddler falls asleep because you have to work out what time they' will have tea , and what time you are likely to get them down for the night . So you aim to stick to a routine . Emily claims she didn't know when Anna went down . Alarm bells and red flags for that one . Also how come she was outside playing with the other 2 kids , but was very specific about the 8 year old's timing, ie she was in the house by herself for 30 minutes . So that means Emily continued to stay outside with her own son presumably . So she had no concerns that she could be interacting with her little sister in either a friendly or dangerous way , or even giving her a toy meant for a older child that she could potentially choke on. . She could be in the bathroom with all it's hazzards even. It is not clear where Anna slept because you don't get see a cot and or whether she can get out of it to leave the room . But then again you would worry about the stair gate being opened by an older child .So if she was that negligent , she would have no qualms about framing the older child . The love for those kids does not exist in my mind .

    Damn! Everyone here acts like there haven’t ever been evil kids in the world. Surprise everyone! There are plenty of kids that have killed people by the age of 7-8. Deal with it. I don’t believe the stepmom did it. Why would she have a grudge or be mean to a 20 month old child that seemed to have loved her and her son?! That makes no sense whatsoever. The older sister had an issue, wouldn’t be a first time that’s been seen or heard of. Look at the things Paris Bennett did to his sister. Don’t sit there and play the “child is innocent” s*** cause that’s not always the case. Another thing is, why would she kill a baby when she’s so happy??? And for all of you that don’t believe that a kid that age or size can’t move you by ramming into you, you’re all stupid. I’ve seen super small people, short, thin, however you want to say it, move and take down people three times their size. So deal with the reality that the 8 year old more than likely did something to her little sister. She could have beat her, she could have dislocated the baby’s shoulder, it’s all possible. And any kid can pull the “I don’t know what happened” care 😒

    My brothers 12month old fell off the top of a bunk bed and landed on the floor, couple of wee bumps, plenty of tears but ZERO serious injuries. This baby was straight up murdered by the fucked up psycho female.
