    The 8 yr old did it. That like girl was mad and may not meant to hurt her sister but did. They just want to blame Emily for it they didn’t do a good job investigating

    Her nodding yes could also be here confirming her answer subconsciously or reacting to the interviewers body language. If the interviewer is shaking her head no it would make sense for Emily to nod yes in return.

    I think when she nods her head after she says no, she nods her head because she feels it is still her fault that little baby had died. The sense of passion she had for this dear baby girl I can see it in her eyes. She feels guilty for not stopping her death and probably blames herself. So when she nods she's say no but nods yes slightly because she knows deep down she couldn't save her and blames herself for what happened inside. I hope she'll forgive herself n let out so that she can be free n hopefully live on for that poor baby. The 8 year old should be looked into more because there are child killers out there, and the grown ups are usually the ones who are to blame for their actions.

    I find it hard to see how anyone can believe her I really do!!!! There are so many parts that don't fit but even if you do!!!! Surely you must see she is responsible for what happened by way of neglect.

    If I am to believe the body language analysis of that head nod… I think it’s because she feels a great sense of guilt that she wasn’t watching the kids when it happened. If she had been there, she would’ve been able to keep the child safe. In that sense, she’s guilty of neglect. Not murder though…

    Just because she couldn’t tell exactly what the time was doesn’t mean she can't tell when about 30 minutes has passed…it's like he’s trying to make her look bad….

    I am not going to criticize this 8 year old for the beating I think she inflicted on this baby. I dont think she is stupid or evil. I think the little girl suffers some mental issues that her parents were well aware of. This young girl needed mental help and her parents brushed it aside. Now I believe an innocent woman is being used as the fall guy.

    FREE Emily! She is innocent. They need to do an observation or interview with the 8yrs old sister! The sister killed the little girl. When she said she doesn't remember?? That should already raised an eyebrow!! She know exactly what happened!!

    Dunno much …..but i feel Stan walker made some mistake …..cz Emily didn't nod when she said "no" as the answer in her interview in part 3 …..either it's a glitch or mistake ! …..and 1 year is enough in prison to rethink about ones own case ……so "30 minutes " answer could be easy for one to figure out q who is struggling for her case for a whole year !

    -I’m nodding AND shaking my head at things when I’m being accused at doing something I didn’t do. Even when I have solid proof.

    Maybe she’s showing signs of deception, but as I said previously, I’m saving true judgment.

    But from this series of vids? I wanna talk to the 8 year old.

    I realize I’m the dissenting opinion among these comments, but here goes. I do not believe the 2nd grade sister brutally beat her little sister to death while Emily heard nothing and saw nothing. Just because she talks in whispers with a meek, mousy voice, it doesn’t mean you’ll be able to convince all of us that the 8 year old did it. I think that, for whatever the reason, Emily became irate and she snapped, killing Anna, a helpless baby. Blaming such brutality on Anna’s sister shows how depraved Emily really is… willing to destroy both little girls without any remorse or regret.

    Evidence says the baby had been abused previously before falling down the stairs..if the 8 yr old sister did anything both parents would have noticed..this woman is guilty as hell

    She’s very much guilty. At first when she was on the 911 call she said that the kid fell down the steps as like she knew that she fell ,but then she said that when she came in and noticed that the child was laying at the bottom of the steps and then her color was off that’s when she noticed that something was wrong . so how did she even know from the very beginning that the child fell from the steps??? Then if a child has their arm pulled out of its socket or even plucked really hard they will cry immediately , so if the child was getting abused by the eight-year-old why is it that she didn’t hear her scream or cry??? Also the eight-year-old doesn’t have any prior history of abusing her sister so all of a sudden when you come in to their life now the eight-year-old is abusive???? A eight-year-old is capable of a lot of strength but to pull the arm out of the socket and to crush the skull that needs much much more strength….. also her demeanor in the interrogations seems like she’s nervous and calculating and trying to keep a facade up for the police officers. If she knew that the eight-year-old was abusive and had an issue then why is it that when she was on the 911 call or even interrogation she didn’t bring up that she might have killed her little sister? She deserves to ROT

    If she's guilty of anything its being on her phone with her friends to talk about the wedding and she herself feels partially responsible because her attention wasn't on the children. That in itself would explain the "experts" idea that she shows some guilt. It happened on her watch, whether it was the stairs or the sibling.
