5. Quick update: Officer were Francisco Rosado and Nick Hamilton. One of them fired later for unrelated issue. Mr Marshal sued both (Marshall v. Rosado et al) Dec 2022. Looks like some sort of mediation occurred from October to November 2023 and case was dismissed 2023. Looks like they settled out of court.

The Housing Urban Department known as HUD recognized it and adopted it for public housing. Private housing are also permitted to participate in tenants council. These tyrants probably making $200,000 per year from taxpayers funds, are clueless of what a tenants council is and when they don’t understand people constitutional rights they make their with their famous phrase “ Put your hands behind your back, you are under arrest, you are going to jail “ just because they can charge you with whatever bogus charge and take you to jail and let the prosecutors, defending attorneys and the judge to decide and if the tyrants lose, taxpayers will back up their unethical and unprofessional conduct.
