27. It should be a law that a female (nurse, PA, etc) be in the room when a male doctor is touching a female patient. It's a law in the country that I live in and it's for the safety of the patient (because of cases like this) but also protects the doctor against potential false accusations or misunderstandings. The OBGYN I go to has 11 obgyns and only 1 is female. All of the males always have a female nurse who works with them and stands in the room when exams or ultrasounds are done .

28. Nepotism is very common in Mexico, back in the day you could buy your professional license or degree without even studying or passion the exams as long and you had the money.
