I don't know who that guy is back there talking like he has absolutely not his brain and his head but the fact that he's talking the way he is letting me know just how ignorant that he is I've never heard such ignorance and I don't even I've never heard such ignorance ever I mean can you believe the things that are coming out of his mouth and if the mother has the job they're saying she does the title she should know better she should teach her kid better
This is probably the 10th video that I have saw like this and this is not a way of life for these people this is just the thing for these people to try and get out of the crimes that they're committing or try to get away with driving without having an actual driver's license those things doesn't exist you have to have a driver's license I don't care if it's in the state of Texas the state of Indiana the state of Illinois I don't care where there's I don't care if you're in Tokyo you have to have a driver's license
This is a great example of when the police do everything to keep things calm. Even in the face of these so called "sovereign citizens"!
Thanks for showing us when cops do right John, but I do have one question. Was it OK the cop went into the home to get the other guy? Was a warrant needed?
The only sovereign citizen is the cop or the closest
And in turn, these interactions are why cops go to nth degree right out of the gate. No tail lights. Just take your ticket moron.
Deport him if he isn’t a citizen. Deport all 3. The cop was very patient
Just because they read this stuff on the internet. They think screaming this stuff over and over. Those boys were crazy. And upset his mother
This guy is in law school but saying im going get your job does not bode well. A bunch entitled family. The family has learned techniques from the cops to talk. He needs to call back up
I sure wouldn't want to be a cop if it means having to deal with idiots like these two guys! 😾
The cop did very well & should be commended. There are plenty of bad cops out there, but this is not one of them. You drive a car, you pull out your drivers license.
Sovereign citizen stuff gives me a fucking head ache lol. It doesn’t make sense at all and cops like to associate all people standing up for their rights with this crap!
It appears that the 'Sovereign citizen movement' is a cult without a savior. They do appear 2 B Id E its.
the entire annoying family should be named karen
I thought Deputy Peters was conducting himself very well under the circumstances. Sure Derek Phillips was a complete pain in the ass. Cody and Derek apparently claim they aren't US citizens (WTF?). Whether Derek's nonsense amounts to interference or obstruction would take a good lawyer. If the second officer didn't chase Derek into the home that problem may have been solved. We'll never know because he was arrested in the home. The officer safety idea was used, of course. Mrs. Phillips contributed to the mess, but I didn't think she had interfered enough to be arrested.
This is good – I am sure that about 50% of all traffic stops are legal and reasonable, and there are some good cops out there.
But this whole family is nuts and totally unaware laws or amendments to the constitution, it is funny when they quote some of the things they probably heard on youtube 😂
The only sovereign citizens I saw were the ones with Qualified Immunity.
I don’t get it – Derrick told the cops to get off his property. The cop refused so he retreated into his home. The cop followed him without a warrant exigent circumstances. Was it an unlawful entry and unlawful arrest to follow him into his house to arrest him?
They were obnoxious. But the police didn't have any right to enter their home, right? Wouldn't they need a warrant at that point?
DiD they violate the 2nd guys 4th amendment rights by entering his residence and arresting him? please do an analysis.
You can’t tax the people for a service and then deny them access or set said requirements for them to have access. It’s the very definition of fraud and it’s been ruled on by the USSC. He knows this as a civil rights lawyer
Do you not know the case law he’s referring too? 2009 i believe was the last ruling in the District of Columbia
The cop seems to be calm and just trying to do his job on this particular case and I don't see a violation that could be litigated
