The family of accused serial killer Rex Heuermann says the condition of their house is a chaotic disaster after investigators finished their search. The lawyers representing the Gilgo Beach murder suspect’s family announced Friday they are filing a notice of claim to preserve their right to sue law enforcement. “The house is in shambles. It’s ransacked,” Vess Mitev said.
