In this episode of Crime Watch Daily Updates: D’Andre Lane allegedly experienced every parent’s worst nightmare. He and his daughter, Bianca Jones, were driving to Bianca’s mom’s house to pick up some clothing when he supposedly got carjacked. The suspects drove off with Bianca in the back seat, and she was never seen again — or was she?
D’Andre claimed some men drove up behind him and said his taillights were out, and when he got out to inspect them, they took off with his little girl still in the car. Police found his vehicle nearby, but Bianca was nowhere to be seen. D’Andre was arrested on an unrelated warrant and let out a few days later, but detectives weren’t giving up on trying to link D’Andre to the disappearance.
D’Andre was known to sometimes spank his children as a form of discipline. Right before Bianca disappeared, he apparently spanked her with a paddling stick because she wet the bed while in the midst of potty training. Investigators honed in on him as their main suspect, claiming D’Andre killed his daughter and used the carjacking as a coverup.
That theory became heightened when cadaver dogs sniffed out decomposition in Bianca’s car seat as well as in her room. Police arrested D’Andre, but this time for murder and child abuse.
D’Andre went to trial and Banika, Bianca’s mom, maintained D’Andre’s innocence, too. A retired cop testified at his trial and said she thought she saw Bianca a week after the girl had supposedly been killed.
Ultimately, the jury convicted D’Andre of first-degree murder even though her body has never been found.
Years after Bianca’s mysterious disappearance, several people, including Banika, have said they believe Bianca is still alive.
I don’t want to be unkind or rude about D’Andre’s intelligence, but I somehow doubt he’d have the criminal genius to dispose of a body in the timeline between leaving his house and arriving at Bianca’s mothers house, without the child’s body being found somewhere in the close proximity of the abandoned vehicle. If all the police searches and neighbourhood volunteers having combed the whole area and searched through property etc…. And still never found Bianca….. and these ‘expert’ cadaver dogs couldn’t use their powers to find her either?
In my opinion Bianca isn’t there. She’s been transported somewhere else. And for that to happen in the timeframe the police are suggesting, D’Andre would have had to have had another vehicle somewhere nearby, or ran for miles with Bianca’s body to somewhere far away? It just doesn’t add up to me. So for him to drop his other daughter at school, which is proven, then to dispose of the body so cleverly she’s never found and then to dump his car and run to the mothers home within that short space of time? It’s crazy!
Even crazier, Casey Anthony walks from court after her daughters ‘death’ with a mountain of evidence against her, and this guy gets life in prison with no evidence against him, only junk science. ✌🏻

Idk if the baby is still alive but I will say there wasn’t strong evidence or even enough evidence, also I believe for some reason in my gut that this guy didn’t do this but someone set him up and the only person I can see suspect of doing it would be the fiancé or girlfriend. She’s really the only one who has motive and who gives off weird vibes like something is off and like she’s sneaky.

I understand wanting to believe Bianca alive. But states not going to turn on her friend unless show her evidence. Doesn’t believe he hit his children but plenty of proof of this. It sounds like the cops were so stuck on the dad killing her that they never put an amber alert out or anything about Bianca. So from the 2nd he called cops, they suspected the dad and that's just sad. Someone somewhere could of seen something somewhere and could of been critical information at the moment Bianca was reported missing.

If the dog hit on the bed and the car seat wouldn't they have the dog sniff his clothes to see if they also gotten a hit on his clothing if he had carried her body but when he's in the interrogation room he's saying he just wants to know what the hell really happened to his daughter insinuating that something happened and he was probably sticking up for his girlfriend because she probably said it was an accident and she didn't mean to she just came in the room after beating her and pushing her around for wetting the bed or whatever reasoning she had. What was the motive of him killing his child? Out of 7 of his kids, he kills Bianca! And the fiancé was in the apartment while she was getting spanked. Why she didn’t get involved or say anything once she said she didn’t hear the baby afterwards?! But then again the fiancé didn’t tell the whole truth. She then admitted that the baby was asking questions after when she got spanked.
The finance at the time was suspect to me. She was the nail that sealed the deal. She later said she was not completely truthful in her response.
It was the step mom …not the dad …they have no evidence and put this man in jail
I can't be sure that D'Andre ended Bianca's life. To me, there was not enough evidence to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Plus, it's concerning that the police department chose not to investigate the possibility of Bianca being alive because they quickly concluded that she was dead.

I saw the case on Netflix about the kidnapping case of D'andre lane the judge looks like she was very, very, very, very satisfied that a black man was going to jail for life and she is black. Folks I tell this man is innocent not 100% but 200%.
