  1. its funny how she conducts herself…inviting cops for drinks, doing yoga from them to watch and squeezing her tits together as she talks to them…

  2. Anyone going kayaking should check their equipment prior to launching, never assume everything is in good working order! Also, why so many people just don't understand that breaking up and divorcing are options??

  3. The fault lies with the prosecution for not taking her to trial. It would have been better to take her to trial and lose than give her that kind of a deal. The defense was just doing his job to represent his guilty and murderous client zealously. I'm not upset with the defense weasel. My angst is against the prosecuting attorney. They're to blame. Period.

  4. The reason the prosecution made the deal is because Vince was legally required to have a life vest in NY. He was kayaking illegally. It could easily be argued he was just as culpable in his death as Angelika.

  5. I wouldn't get in that crappy little kayak in a swimming pool…absolutely not made for that kind of water…no PFD….water below 60 degrees…she's lucky she didn't go in also.

  6. As soon as she he moves in ….its all down hill from there. I no for certain a women has an automatic light switch. As soon as she has a bed made waiting for her at night…. It may not show the first day or the first month, but It will be hell to pay

  7. Her lawyer has obviously never used his hands to work on anything. His claims of the 5/8" hole not being large enough to allow much water through are total bs. Waves fill the cockpit and the vessel is now much lower in the water. That plug hole being underwater is roughly the same size as a garden hose. Obviously not under pressure like a garden hose but if you drilled a 5/8" hole in the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket just think how quickly water would drain out. So any significant period of time in rough water it's going to just keep allowing more and more water in each time it gets submerged from a wave. And once the water is in it's not going to magically just come back out. This lawyer is grasping at straws. But I guess that's his job. Glad I don't have that job. I couldn't sleep at night knowing I was trying to help someone get away with a murder like that. Especially doing it for money.

  8. Something just occurred to me. Obviously we would expect that he would have noticed that plug missing. Especially knowing what could happen in those water conditions. So what is the possibility that she waited until they were out in the water and she somehow removed it. Either too quickly for him to realize what she was doing before it was too late, or maybe just being slick and trying to pretend she's resecuring any gear that was held on with the bungee cord thing right by the plug. Or something along those lines. Because, and of course this is purely speculation, so just a possible suggestion as to 'how' she may have done it. But I would think if you pulled the plug and then applied some weight on the end of the kayak, either by leaning on it and pretending to resecure gear, or just being outright obvious and holding it down for a few seconds or whatever. Because once there's even just a few gallons in the hull of the kayak it just got way heavier and thus much harder to paddle/slower. Plus when any type of boat starts taking on water, the more it takes on the easier it is to take on more. A sort of snowball effect. Again I'm only thinking of these possibilities under the assumption that he probably would have noticed that plug Miss and if he did it is extremely unlikely he would have set out across the Hudson in crappy weather without that plug in. Does that sound like one possibility to anyone else or am I way off base here. Either way that girl has a black, evil soul.

  9. Why on earth didn't that plug have a lanyard attached to it? So you couldn't lose it. That's a common thing with boats of all types. For instance my fishing boat's gas cap has a little cable attached to it. I'm wondering if it didn't originally have one and she had removed it. And, if that were to be the case, why on earth would he not have noticed that? Most guys would be pretty upset with their girlfriends whenever they mess with their stuff. (Again, this would be assuming that was the case. Unfortunately we'll never know). Be careful who you date guys. Be even more careful who you marry. And most importantly be extremely cautious in telling your significant other about any life insurance policies in which they are the beneficiaries. I'm thinking it would probably be best to not disclose the amount of a policy, and I would also think to maybe set it up so that a law firm or whoever has the written directive to do an extensive, thorough investigation into a death, regardless of circumstances, before ever releasing payment. Sad that some of us have to think this way nowdays. But look at just how many of these spousal murder shows we see, all because of life insurance. It's like the lure of easy money overrides a lot of people's conscious and moral integrity. Ol' satan working his ways is what it is. Stay safe out there y'all.

  10. "Go get my cat. Go get my cat and bring him to me." Like she's giving a personal assistant orders or something. I've never understood these people who think the police are somehow required to do all these tasks and personal requests for them once they're arrested. Talk about your delusional narcissist. Smh.

  11. "I didn't want him dead. I just wanted him to not be alive anymore" is basically what this evil nut job is saying. All over the greed for money. Greed is the absolute worst of all human traits. We all need to focus on trying to be a little less greedy and a little more caring of others. If everyone did that, even just a little, it would certainly make the world a better place. I realize that may not be the easiest thing to do. But I firmly believe it's worth the effort to at least try. May he rest in peace.

  12. Unbelievable!! Justice was definitely not served. So much greed from her and the attorney. Wouldn’t surprise me to hear that she is with the attorney now!
