  3. It makes sense. Jacksonville agencies are holding housing inventory not presenting the inventory the buyers request. Inflating prices beyond what people can afford.
    Lending agencies only giving prequals on a list of houses you want to purchase and then raise prices of houses beyond that amount. The banks and real estate companies are in it together. So, fraud is what fraud does in Jax. Everyone else is naive. Keep rich rich and poor poor. Caste system at work. Everyone thinks it’s a free market. Insurance is part of the scam.
