A Florida homeowner armed with an AR-15 rifle opened fire on a pool cleaner in the evening hours of June 15. Fifty-seven-year-old Bradley Hocevar assumed 33-year-old Karl Polek, who regularly cleaned his pool, was an intruder when he grabbed his rifle and unloaded 30 rounds through his sliding glass door. Polek was not hit with the barrage of bullets but rather glass and shrapnel, causing minor injuries. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down why Hocevar will not face charges for the shooting. Read more on this story: https://bit.ly/3Xv1bdc

Was the misses looking at the pool boy too much? WTH
Thank you Sierra Gillespie. 😘
Nah but yeah that guy is crazy.
The 911 Guy 😂😂😂 i need him to stop shooting 😂😂😂 STFU 😂😂😂😂😂
That fact that he has a pool cleaner says all you need to know… He ain't working class.
His neighbors should file civil suits if their house was hit with the rounds. 100,000 per round. And they would most likely get it. Love this country.
This is not standing your ground, the gun owner is just foolish
He wanted to kill someone
Hello who is this is the pool man but psychopath with guns shot with any attempted breakin into their house
Psychopaths with guns useless country
Pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop.
Someone got the pool cleaner.
He was trigger happy. The man ran after the first shot. The fact he shot 29 more times is trigger happy
This man be like. I'm going to let my presence known with a flashlight so they know im here. Because surely anyone with ill intent won't want a light on
It never occurred to them to just shout out: "who is out there? We've called the cops".
Nope, grab my gun shoot 30 times when no one is actually breaking into your home. No one is threatening you. No one has a weapon.
30 shots but no attempt to figure out what is going on first. Any place where that doesn't prompt a criminal charge, is a place that no one should live.
Homeowner:fires 30 rounds emptying a mag
Also same Homeowner: “Oh god did I hurt someone oh no”
5:20 he is looking for literally any word other than the correct word – victim.
"He wasnt trigger happy, he just shot 30 times at a flashlight on the other side of a wall, a nonviolent flashlight. Totally sane and normal."
Horrible man.
You guys want to be able to carry guns but the main people carrying them are these losers that want a excuse to kill
What a pathetic excuse for a human, absolute COWARD shooting wildly at absolutely nothing! This is why cowards shouldn't own guns..
Not a good idea to work at night doing residential pools !
I could see shooting like 5 rounds at most but shooting 30 rounds from inside your house to outside while clearly not paying attention to crossfire seems a bit excessive and should have some impact on his cary license, even a suspension or something. But eyyy that’s Florida for ya!🤷♂️
This is a lack of aplomb, and training. All gun owners should have those quality in order to possess a firearm.
No crime? Didn’t she say that he was trying to break in? We see that he wasn’t. Isn’t that a false 911 call?
He didn’t need to shoot so many times! That lawyer is now trying to blame the poor guy! That’s terrible! One shoot or just sounding the alarms is enough to scare someone away. This guy should be in JAIL!!!!!!!!
Mark my words this guy will kill somebody soon enough
The guy work for them. For over a year. And they say they didn't recognize them what if that was their neighbor son coming back from college but he wants play football with brother and ball goes over the fence he goes to look for it with a flashlight and gets shot 30 times, what if.
Also if this man was unarmed trying to break in your house, where is the broken door or window, glass door
They all also knew it was a flashlight bc they both said it in the 911 call, it's lot like he thought it was attached to a gun,
He fire not 1 nor 5 or 20 he shot 30 times from a high caliber rifle, I believe him to be a control psychopath, meaning
He wants & is Capable of doing really bad things, if they feel like there will be no consequences to there actions,
This guy should not have a gun, I can't believe he still has a gun. His wife beg him to stop, how could one Victim be begging for the protection to stop and the other one shooting makes no sense
He was in his home with a rifle. While knowing where the guy was. Not once did he touch or go by a door that would indicate fire like crazy. A bit late in the night but dude never touched the house
Imagine having a pool guy who cleans for you for 1 year and you don’t know what he looks like.
Guy should never own a gun he didn’t even know who or what he was shooting at and let of 30 rounds could have easily gone through a house and killed somebody
Sheriff is a D*ck. That was irresponsible yet he coddled the shooters balls the whole time in that announcement. He SHOULD have admonished the owner for VERY irresponsible behaviour instead of giving him a reach around with a happy ending…
This guy's argument was just on the family members side 😂😢
That is crazy the guy 100 percent was trigger happy how do you shoot someone before yelling out to see who or what he wants???
Listen to that guy disregard his wife who is on the phone with 911 telling him over 20 times to stop firing. Thats some solid ptsd and outrank attitude
That pool boy was trying to pipe his wife
No charges? But he shot 30 rounds. 30 rounds that could've hit someone else. 30 rounds just for one person? You sure it was not attempted murder? I mean, 30 rounds continuously, without confirming anything and everything, tells me this gun owner should not be a gun owner – AT ALL.
OMG! HE"S COMING AT US WITH A POOL NET!!!!! OPEN FIRE!!!!
Wait, he shot 30 rounds from an AR-15 and missed every last one. Take the AR away from him! He is a danger to society. Clearly, he has the gun with no training on how to properly and effectively use it; no gun range attendance, no added features like iron sights, dotted sights, laser, flashlight, etc. Was he shooting blind; like did he close his eyes and look away? I bet he freaking did. Take the gun away from him.
Update: 4:02 Wait, he had sights on and still misses? He doesn't deserve to have an AR. What a disgrace you are, sir. 🤮. Go get a shotgun or a handgun, you might have a better chance of protecting your family than you aiming to shoot someone willy lilly with no situational awareness whatsoever. I get it, it's dark, which means you don't shoot until you have confirmation of what or who you are shooting at. 😮💨
2:40 “he was waiting waiting waiting and sees the flashlight” wow that sheriff must be friends with the shooter because he just keeps making excuses
so the question for the gun nuts is….if u can't even get the job done with an extended magazine, do we need to make heat seeking missiles legal now?
Might wanna erase their address from this video
Watch out guys. Beware of anyone with a flashlight 👀 lmao. He acted like a female cop who has no control over a situation (reference to a video).
Did the pool guy get fired? Is he still going to clean their pool?
I once had a handy man walk into my house at 11pm to see if the plaster had dried. He activated my alarm and nearly got the same Benelli M4 welcoming. Needless to say, I took my spare key from him.
Floridians don’t know how to say “who are you” “tell me who you are” they prefer to try and kill them
