Yulia Storozhuk, 29, was caught on a neighbor’s camera assaulting her 3-year-old son in October 2023. Prosecutors in Miami-Dade County court made a deal with Storozhuk where she would plead guilty in exchange for three years of probation. She also has to take parenting classes. I swear, physical child abuse is the most ignored by CPS and usually escalates until it eventually leads to death.
Grown-ups don't beat each other like she did to her son! Attempted murder is what it is. If she gets him back, she could snap and it could be the end for the child. The system has failed this child. An American would have to go to jail! Why not her.

I got more punishment back in the day at school (Kindergarten). I had to point my nose to the corner of the wall and stay there until teacher told me i could leave. In front of the whole class. I dont think this mother was punished for her CRIME of CHILD ABUSE to her son. This is like just a warning. She deserves a harsher punishment.

That is a bad judgement Judge. Judge should have been harder on the abusive mother. What about the future of this child with its mother. Will she end up hurting him so bad next time there will be a funeral.
I was Shocked to see her abuse her small child on this video. What a horror. Who ever video this saved that child life from the mother killing child.
What is the chance that an abuser will be caught again after The Judge is giving her another chance to abuse her child. Slim chance. The abusive mother will be more careful next time she hurts him. She will make sure its only done in her home and let him he better not tell. The Judge said she may be reunited with her son.
3 years probation, parenting class, and no jail time for this child abuse!!! She to pay $1,000 in court costs, mental health evaluation. No jail time Why Judge! Why are you being so easy on her. So wrong! What about justice for the child. Sounds like this is justice for the abusive mother.
