What is wrong with people?! You see this developing and know it’s not right but you decide to get out your cell and take a video but not call the police?! He/she should be ashamed, a simple call right there could have saved this girl’s life!
Even if there isn’t domestic violence, drunk boating isn’t any different than drunk driving, in fact it’s more dangerous in a lot of ways. He could have slammed into a pylon, bridge, channel marker, another boat…In a car you have safety equipment, boats aren’t crash tested or safety regulated by NHTSA and don’t have seatbelts or airbags. If there is an accident or fire and you’re knocked out you aren’t going to drown in a car but you easily can on a boat.

The initial 911 call that operator dropped the ball completely. When the older gentleman called the first time with all that information received should've been them coming smh 🙌🏿❤️.
