This case is from my area the cops were highly corrupt and had been for the better part of 30 yrs free fiancés dad was a cop why u think they gave em the file like it wasn’t an issue who has money to get this murder done and who has knowledge to do it flawlessly? Ijs think about it…. At one point the police force was taken over by the state police be they were so corrupt…..

    “who” is most likely responsible is the one who gains the most from her death, and has the means to cover it all up. Also a strong possibility that all mentioned (including students, cops, ex fiancée, and x-boyfriend, etc) likely had some small role in the plot to her murder even if the role was as small as to be investigated as a possible suspect and/or possible victim.
