That judge needs to be investigated! Did I miss it? Why was all this evidenced of premeditation not found in the original investigation, because the prosecutor spent a long time talking about how he couldn’t prove it?
And where were all these conclusions that it was a premeditated murder in his first trial?! all of them are useless and he is a free man because of ur laziness

I wonder why the DA didn't prosecute Robb for 2nd degree murder of his wife? Why would the Judge decide that Robb didn't deserve 20 yrs in prison for the cold blooded and brutal beating his wife to death because she was leaving him. This was a DM violence case w/priors that today would be a RED FLAG as she plans to leave w/the child/ren is the most dangerous time for her and the children from men who abuse their better half.

Damn only 10 years for intentionally killing another human being, wow trouble with the IRS would get you more years in prison, this just goes to show you where our judicial systems focus really is

The judge should be investigated as well. Since the husband was a professor at a university was probably well known by higher ups. Judges and politicians. Probably why he got off so easy.
I love how these cases always get cops that are complete idiots and don't know their ass from a hole in the ground.
