Especially for sex offenses, drug crimes, and theft. It's one of the civilly imposed collateral consequences of a felony conviction that can make life difficult for felons (and arguably safer for non-felon potential neighbors, but I'm not convinced of that fully). Not all places run criminal checks, but many do. I'm not sure why she wasn't clear on that distinction working there, however… 🤷🏼‍♂

If you deliberately wants a child, discuss it with your partner. Too many women out here are not taking responsibility for their bodies. Let the relationship develop into something solid before you entertain pregnancy. Discuss with your partner.     In reality politician are the ones who participate in creating crime and criminal. They cause poverty, racism and drugs, they steal all the money from the system. Then court gives the criminal some protection and discount in expense of victims and people.
