Cops in Titusville, Florida called it premeditated murder. However, Billy Woodward and his attorney would argue the former soldier was simply “standing his ground.” Would the judge buy it?

  1. Since this is a civil matter, it puts people in a no win situation. What is the end game when two grown men are force into a clash of ego. You never know what someone is going through

  2. I am sorry to any parent or child to loose their child of parents. I saw this on fear thy neighbor and it was terrible. 3 men got shot ,but their wives or girlfriends never tried to defuse the situation they engaged and made it WORSE. When neighbors say they will burn down your house and even rape your child YOU WILL GET WHAT IS COMING TO YOU❗❗❗❗❗❗❗

  3. This is a prime example of why feuding with your neighbors just isn't worth it. I've never seen one of these stories where at some point, BOTH sets of neighbors weren't acting like immature, spoiled little children. So it's always something small that escalates to harassment, then to full on feud, and these are the results. So 2 fathers lost their lives over making fun of and bullying their neighbor. What a waste.

  4. As a war veteran I’m so sick of this I have PTSD crap. Yes many do but this guy is full of crap. The Gulf War on the ground lasted only a couple of days. As a psych RN I see phony’s all the time.

  5. I get exactly where this guy is coming from. I have a neighbor who is a convicted sex offender and he torments us everytime he gets a chance. My 9yr old daughter was riding her bike and he said how he was going to fuck her and she was hot and while all this is being recorded the police say it's not against the law. People have the 1st amendment right to freedom of speech and it's not until that speech becomes action, most of the time already too late are you allowed to act and defend yourself or family. Even with all this crap going on I know right from wrong and know I cant just go hurt someone because of what they say. No matter how bad I want to. This guy was pushed to the point where he snapped. He was better off with an insanity plea than stand your ground.
