Episode 4 of Freedom is Scary, the livestream, with the West Virginia Civil Rights Attorney, John Bryan. If you have questions, bring them. I’ll give an update on the status of the legal challenge to the West Virginia Governor’s COVID tyranny and recent developments. Possibly other things as well. I’ve had many people call in with questions on civil rights topics related to COVID. Tune in….. Type out your question during the livecast and maybe I can answer. Try not to ask fact specific questions, but rather general questions, or else you’ll probably have to pay me first.

A Justice on the WV Supreme Court discussed our last legal challenge yesterday on the Tom Roton radio show: https://800wvhu.iheart.com/featured/the-tom-roten-morning-show/content/2020-08-10-jenkins-explains-writ-of-mandamus-talks-executive-orders/

I didn’t enjoy losing that case, but it was satisfying to hear this said during that interview:

“It is a very good read . . . the memorandum in support of these legislators’ writ of mandamus filing. There is a lot of great constitutional history; there is many things contained in it about the separation of powers and the natural rights rather than government rights as the source of our liberty and freedoms. It is very well written and contains a lot of compelling arguments about separation of powers and overreach and infringement of one branch over the other.”

The fight continues…. listen in on Youtube Live, or Facebook Live to hear more, or ask your questions.

  1. John, Rick Morrow here. I cannot comment on Fakebook as they will not let me post in groups. The thing I wanted to say to your thoughts about the bureaucracy, FBI, DOJ etc. They are not constitutional entities in my opinion, however, the people have lost power due to the Dick Act which in effect took away our Constitutional Militias. I hope you and yours are well.

  2. The governor has the spacious Greenbrier that he could allow legislative sessions to be held
I'm sure he could arrange to have the ball room or one of the dining rooms available. No excuses for lack of social distancing there. I'm sure with the money he saved having to pay his staff with the payroll protection money the Greenbrier received, that he could fit the bill.

  3. John I have a topic I’d be interested in listening to you speak on. I’d like to hear your opinion on the current status of a wv citizen’s right to film interactions with the police or other government agents for that matter. And why do you think West Virginia State Troopers do not have body cameras in 2020?
