The man accused of faking his own death and fleeing the United States to avoid facing rape charges appeared in court on Friday for a preliminary hearing. Nicholas Rossi, also known as Nicholas Alahverdian and Arthur Knight, was extradited to the US to face rape allegations in Utah after he was caught living under a different name in Scotland.
