In this week’s True Crime Daily Podcast: An American man accused of sex crimes in multiple states reportedly died from cancer in 2020. Now authorities say he faked his death and became an international fugitive (3:52), after he’s caught in a Scottish hospital with a near-fatal case of COVID. He’s set to be extradited back to the U.S.
And a Tennessee woman tells her son’s school that her 12-year-old boy died from a seizure. Teachers and friends raising money for funeral arrangements reach a dead end, before an officer finds the child neglected, but alive, in a local motel room (23:10).

  1. United Kingdom will not extradite a person to the United States. If the person could face the death penalty. As people are probably aware that United Kingdom does not have the death penalty anymore. So we will not allow a person to be sent back to a country where the penalty found guilty of set offense is death because the United Kingdom doesn't agree with that law. So if America would apply for extradition of a person who could say place the death penalty if convicted expedition would not be granted by the United Kingdom courts. How are Scottish courts, however, if the person's affect? And does not carry a sentence of death, but a prison sentence then. It is my understanding that United Kingdom. If their evidence is clear enough will allow expedition. And in this case, I believe Mr. Rossi's Fingerprints match DNA matches. He said his DNA was changing hospital, which is I absolutely loud a c*** The guy's just a complete and utter narcissist. And he is loving the situation, but he will never, ever admit to being because I'm a Virgin or Nicholas Rossi. He will not do it because he is convinced himself now with us. He is not those people, but I believe he is that person and I believe he's guilty of the rapes from what I've read so yeah, as a British citizen and someone involved in the leak pressure over there, I would if I were the judge, have agreed to rossite, the United States have there.Man , and I hope they lock him up for a long , long time

  2. Old nicky bhoy trying to morph his belief of himself onto others, the best bit in the this whole shenanigans was the one when he said someone sneaked into his hospital room and inked his arms with tattoos while he was in a comatose state .
Heard it !! its costing the Scottish tax payers a fortune I'm no expert in law but I know a bullshiter when I spot one ..
And this guy stink of shite .Sorry if that's a bit rude im Scottish so curse words slip out on a regular basis..well if your buying what Old rape boy is selling you can belive me 😜😜

  3. This lying person sounds just like Santos is in the White House hes on the senate floor. He didn't rape anybody but he lies and he'd try some food people like this guy I hope he goes down for what hes done😮

  4. As a rape survivor myself the fact that this "detective" never sent the rape kit in to be processed infuriates me.
And as a survivor I truly believe that if form oversight committees in these communities where rape kits pile up undetected we will find that funding & time aren't the problem.
The problem boils down to the detectives on these cases being men. As such they see cases where rape victims were murdered so the way they see it if this victim doesn't LOOK worse for wear then how bad could it be really?
10 to 1 you'll find where there are more women investigating or in charge of the departments you will findall their rape kits have at the very least been sent to the lab to be processed.

  5. The fugitive most likely had a doctor or coroner he could extort for their sex crimes …. (just a a guess right in the beginning).

  6. Anna you are right on it some days my son has such a hard time and I get so upset but I have to realize how hard it is for him to go thru what he is going thru …the harder part is trying to explain to others how hard it is to deal with a child that has special needs when it's not something you can see like high anxiety and adhd he hats so many things like brushing teeth going to sleep touching etc I take the hugs while I can but give him the space when he doesn't want to be touched

  7. As someone who wears a breathing mask due to health conditions, this man does not need the mask he s wearing to help him breathe.

When I speak it is broken and slow because I have to fight for air while still trying to talk. He is a con man and he is faking it, the mask is to hide his face and the wheelchair is to make people feel sorry for him. I bet he is living on benefits too.

Why the hell would someone tattoo and man in a comma or why would NHS let someone tattoo a man in a comma? He would be at too high risk of it getting infected due to lack of moment or blood flow, Those tattoos are way older than from just the time of lockdown. Come on.

    B*llsh*t! lock him up!

    SO COMPLETELY FULL OF SH*T!

  8. Did you have good information about homicide but you talk too much the lady that is the speaker talks entirely too much and waste too much time and I can she's enjoying the terrible things that she's about to expose to people instead of just getting right down to the point you talk too much less in the words that you're saying that really hold no true value of these people death has been found

  9. Everytime I hear of cases that involves children and adults with special needs, especially autism, my blood pressure goes through the damn roof. My oldest nephew who turns 17 the end of December has autism and my sister and her husband have and always do whatever they have to care for him. And when he and his siblings were growing up, I helped raise him. Was it easy…no. Did we want to throw our hands up in frustration…yes. But we helped him the best we could especially when he tried to tell us what he wanted. He didn't start talking until he was 6.

  10. Bet the hospital in Scotland, when trying to ascertain who he was, got the police involved to get him identified . The police will go ahha…. lots of police want him.

  11. Unfortunately, it is very, very common do not have rape kits to be tested in a timely manner. I was raped almost 9 years ago and I have no idea if my kit has ever been tested or how to even go about finding out where it is.

  12. I have Seizures/Epilepsy and Seizures are not Fun and you can die from Seizures but you shouldn't fake that I cause I am always in and out of the hospital cause of my Epilepsy/Seizures and I hate it I am always getting EEGs done and MRIs done and CT scans done on my brain 🧠 to make sure I am not having Strokes or AVMs or bad Seizures and I have had 3 brain surgeries to get rid of a AVM a Stroke and try to get rid of my Seizures but I am still not Seizures free and alot of people who have Epilepsy/Seizures can't drive

  13. I worked with a girl that faked her child’s death. We raised money and held a memorial. Her husband came forward and told everyone the baby was alive and he did not know why she would lie like that. It’s crazy. She never came back to work after that.

  14. Yet another autistic child mistreated 😩 Yes, it’s difficult to be the parent of an autistic child, but it’s also incredibly difficult to BE an autistic child.
Hopefully, in some weird way, her intentions weren’t completely bad.

  15. Re Extradition of accused or convicted folk from UK ( England, Scotland, Wales n N Ireland ) to the US. There is an Extr'dn treaty between UK n US n it generally works well. However the UK gov will NOT extradite you to the US if you're likely to face the death penalty upon conviction. The US authorities always waive the death penalty in such cases to facilitate the ext'ion n many such cases happen every year. The US NEVER renege on the agreement re death pen so future cases can proceed. Maybe you can cover a case called David Beiber, a Florida man who jumped bail b4 conv for murder. He fled to UK n lived a quiet life til he murdered a Policeman during a traffic stop. He was convicted n given a life sent wth a 37 year min. An ext warrant to Fl awaits him if he's ever granted parole in UK. Poetic justice I say.

  16. I just have to say, being a parent can be overwhelming sometimes & I have 2 but the love for a child outweighs EVERYTHING else, sleep deprivation, being overwhelmed, not getting a break, just sheer responsibility, financially but it is all so worth it , it is beyond me when someone, hurts, abuses, abandons, or murders their child, I'll NEVER understand that, if someone doesn't want a child, there's so many other options, they don't deserve to be hurt or emotionally abused in no way whatsoever & those so called parents will be judged one fine day
