  1. Of COURSE cops can detain you, arrest you, or even beat the crap out of you for 'resisting'. Almost always, they will get away with doing so. The idea that cops need RAS or probable cause is just lawyers' fantasy. In the real world, 'law' counts for just about nothing. People with POWER do what they want. Get real.

  2. Once YOU have laws saying REASONALE you are giving police the right to subjectively do what ever they want that is illegal and they know BUT will arrest you and then you will be released after 12/24 with no charges or ALL charges dropped.

  3. From all these types of videos, cops dont understand the legal definition of "Reasonable Suspicion" do they?? They make the assumption that because THEY are reasonable people, then their suspicions are legally enforceable. Cops dimply daying "suspicious activity" or "public disturbance" is reason enough to force compliance. They can't seem to grasp the concept that THEM being disturbed is not legally enforceable.

  4. So you're saying that a non functioning taillight is reasonable suspicion that a crime is in progress. That reasonable suspicion crap is unconstitutional all by itself. The law requires probable cause, not reasonable suspicion. Probable cause is the only thing that can possibly support reasonable suspicion for any of you that are so twisted in your abilities of cognition.

  5. We both know that traffic violations are NOT crimes . Traffic violations require a contractual instrument with full disclosure of all ramifications involved. Nobody except public servants have the contractual obligations that are unlawfully imposed upon the people at large. These impositions are both fraudulent and extorttive by definition.

  6. Mr. I perceive criminal activity, who seems to be a control at all cost freak, is carrying about 45 lbs. of weaponry still needs to call for backup and put folks in cuffs. If there's ever a hostile takeover of this town…this man is ready!!! The disrespectful tone of his orders and commands is really sitting my teeth on edge and I'm a 75yr old grandma with a lot of patience.
