32. I would be surprised is she gets let out. I live in Ohio and My grandson was killed by the babysitter last year and Tg she is still sitting in jail till we go to trial. I learned that charges change after the fact. They just charge the lowest to get them arrested. The babysitter is now charged with some type of homiside.
