  1. Hannah put her own self in jail. She told a lie after shooting Mr.Herring. She told a different lie in the police car and a different iie ond the stand. And her attitude was so stinky. She had no remorse until she got senndenced and that was for her. Dum fool.

  2. I've never seen a case like this before. This woman clearly believes she was in the right while everyone else was wrong. The wild thing is that she would have shown some remorse she wouldn't have gotten life. Yet she wasn't sorry at all, and the jury noticed that.

  3. She isn't sorry anyway she got caught up in the situation anyway doesn't have anyone to blame but herself at all that deceased nice innocent 😇 man that's someone's father uncle grandfather and doesn't care about that family.

  4. Hannah Payne's lawyer was a clown.
Hannah Payne set up in the court arrogantly lying no remorse.
I would have been more concerned as a human being with the man who hit the tractor trailer.
A tractor trailer I'm pretty sure the driver was fine. Especially when it was a little I say again little pickup truck !!
    🛻 Audacity was absolutely right!!

Hannah Payne had a gun and she decided she wanted to use it !

And she would never have done this if it had been an older Caucasian man !!
Fact is she should have minded her own business !!
You know what they say about assumptions ?
It's a MF this is an unnecessary loss of life ! Another person who didn't need to have a gun !!

  5. Instigated the whole situation to another level that she had no right to do, than wants to play victim… It's not going to work this time!… She was told over and over not to chase him but she thinks her opinions override everyone else's…

  6. Americans really do need to learn that having a gun, doesn’t make you half a cop, anymore than having a birthday badge at Disney makes you an official Disney character. If anything, time and time again it gives people an elevated false sense of confidence to insert themselves into situations they would never intervene in unarmed, when they have none of the training or experience to do so competently or safely. This woman wasn’t anything more than a witness, and wasn’t even personally involved in the accident. She should have simply listened to the very clear instruction by the dispatcher to not follow or pursue the other driver, and had she not thought she knew better than the professionals she wouldn’t now be looking at spending much if not the rest of her life in prison surrounded by hardened criminals serving serious time.
