Death row should be set day to day,if it was up to me. I’d set dates for every single death row inmate. When I see a inmate I’d call them by date. I’d try to cram as many of them in a day as possible,from day to day. Just get rid of them. And the cycle continues. Fresh death row inmates. Wait till every cell has one person in it. Then give them dates. Bye bye bad person.
