  1. When they say articulate call a lawyer lol I also can’t stand citizens just start talking loudly because they think they are right . Just verbally refuse their request. But do as they ask. Especially if you’re recording . Because then you can sue from the violation of your rights

  2. Looking in vehicles and checking car doors is two different things. I look in people's cars all the time because I'll see a mustang and be like "ooooo I wonder if it's a manual? Oh no way it's a manual I love it" or it's an automatic and I'm like "oooo nooo, it has aids"

  3. 07:13: So any cop can now have a friend call the police, tell them that someone the cop doesn't like is possibly committing a crime, and the cop can go over to said person and put them in custody? ("Uh, we got a call, and you look like the guy they, ummmm, called about.")
Wow! You gotta wonder about [and pity] America: for all its historical firsts in the protection of personal rights, which are now being willfully erased by the very people who need them most! Go figure that! Remind me never to go to Ohio.

  4. I may be reaching here, but the reason for the grab was totally lost. I agree that Cop 1 could have just observed and seen for himself what the guy was doing and he MAY have just been there for his daily workout BUT I give everyone an F for not Finding out for sure, or Following up about the matter at hand, or finishing the job they were supposed to be doing with the report of the "suspicious man" fitting the description in the parking lot. Instead the suspect made a report? ummmm…. if he had been there with nefarious intentions all of that went away when he said… lawsuit… He gave them enough doubt in their own personal knowledge to deflect everything from the issue and turned himself into the victim. I give the suspect an A+++ as he spoke with enough confidence to scare the cops into not only letting him go without question, but getting them to file a report in his behalf. He really didn't have to be right, he only needed to create doubt in their minds.

  5. Everyone is looking for an easy paycheck, sad. Soon cops will stop responding to any calls because of all these Karens. Refuse to follow simple orders, then make a scene in hopes for a big payday. Leeches gonna leech

  6. 19 min video and 5min of which is the actual video the rest is just talking like every other video. i used really like this channel but 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 i can’t anymore ppl click to watch the videoooooooooo not hear you talk

  7. "Once he made it clear that he was simply exercising."

That requires that the officer believe the guy. And, frankly, if someone is hostile to me, I'm unlikely to take a person at their word.

Edit: You listed off legal precedent to support everything the cop did, but only gave him a B- because we absolutely can't concede that a cop can be correct.

Meanwhile, the suspect got a B, despite his being fundamentally incorrect about every assertion?

  8. would have given Goldstein a C, he had no clue and just talked over them the whole time which cut dialogue that would have cleared this up sooner. He was exhausting to listen to.

  9. what is really challenging is that you all hate police for "not knowing the law", but the reality is that is takes years for legal scholars to make determinations on case law, and even then there is disagreement. the law is very complicated and varies cases to case because circumstances may the smallest nuance that isnt covered by a different case.

  10. It's Private Property with a Public Parking Lot? lol He was never given a Trespass Warning and exercised there daily. Then, there's also no Security Camera proof and none of the staff came forward with a confrontation of the accusation, which means that all of this is just conjecture! This whole thing is a joke.

  11. Any state with a “Stop and Identify” law is bullshit!! The public shouldn’t fear the gov, the gov should fear the public!
The public servants should not be allowed to just identify whoever they want willy-nilly…whereas the public should be allowed to stop and identify any member of gov at any time for any reason!!

  12. Where did this ridiculous idea come from that the cop needs to see things happen themselves? Imagine calling 911 and saying someone just broke into your home, give a description of them and then they can’t stop someone because they didn’t see it themselves 😂

  13. I just have to wounder if the caller mentioned the obvious, that the susp had a beard because i doubt you could miss this one.. sometimes police officers just into situations instead of a little observation. I bet no one spoke to the caller to verify a complete description of the "suspect ".
