The auditor here was unfailingly polite and pleasant. Usually, auditors are as irritating as possible. They DO have a 1st amendment right to be as ugly as they want, that can often lead to conflict. If the auditor has left legal i's undotted or t's uncrossed? They can be arrested, sometimes it even holds up in court – and usually it makes their videos unwatchable as well.
Most of these "photographers" are just trying to stir up sh*t to put on Facebook and YouTube. Makes them feel important

I really don't understand the point of doing this audit stuff to random working citizens like these factory workers. Of course a handful of them aren't going to know the law, but they aren't making or enforcing the laws either! If you're doing this many people are going to be confused by it and concerned about your intentions.
Go do this to government officials to hold them accountable instead, it's much more productive than whatever this is supposed to be.
