  1. He was easy meat for law enforcement, not well versed in the law. He has anger problem, giving auditors bad name,it is no wonder,he has been breaking the law.

  2. Hey bud the constitution is the main law. Any of these supposed whatever they r DO NOT SUPERCEDE THE CONSTITUTION. PERIOD. so its pretty much useless to bring them up.

  3. I got to watching this channel because of the blind vet that was arrested for having a cane. Since then its suggested a bunch of other "auditor" channels where usually unemployed bullies harrass postal workers and such for no reason other than likes on youtube. I love seeing you audit some of this dumb shit as well and hopefully you keep it up.

  4. Cops are typically the dumbest kids in high school that manged to get a little power, Mr. Chee is evidence that some auditors also fit that description.

  5. Embarrassing. Buddy set the culture back 5 years lol.
He thinks he can do what that college kid did to those new mexico cops 😂

  6. The issue is the police lie so often about citezen's rights that an interaction where they're completely wrong is indistinguishable from one where they're right.

  7. This is a wonderfully clear case study on how not to audit. The channel could stand another dose of bad auditor examples, it's been a bit one-sided recently. Keep showing folks what NOT to do.

  8. The police officers don’t have any right to violate his rights to film in the building. Even though the serperme court said that they didn’t obey the law. 😊😊😊

  9. Sometimes you could be a real cop sucker.
Any public money should make it public. Use there should be no f**** separation. It's our money, funding the b***** We should be able to check it out

  10. Not going to lie, Auditors are annoying as hell 😂😂😂 They just want to argue with people and hope that argument leads to a big payday.

  11. This is a great example of how un-educated the average citizen is about nuance in the law, civil rights, and general ability to apply those laws and rights effectively. It's paramount that before any self-discribed "auditor" embarkes on that journey, they need to really understand what they are doing.

  12. The arrogance he has with the little that he does “know” is wild. People like this just make auditors look bad.

  13. Why is it that darn near every single one of these so-called “auditors“ turn out to be complete and utter a-holes? You would figure they would come to the realization that they are hurting their own cause.

  14. It seems to me like it would be no ditterent than being at a town hall where Shewn Reyes has proven many times kn his channel that filming js legal , so now im very confused on what you just stated,,,,,whats the difference ?

  15. The government pays for public defenders, just as it does for judges, prosecutors, police, and court personnel (although sometimes from different government-funding streams, like city, county, or state government). So yes we pay for them. Try again

  16. This cop was so nice. He's an asset to his station. This kid is doing damage to the protection of rights by making regular people who when they want to assert their actual rights they sound like this clown. 🤦🏻‍♀️

  17. The only problem I have with some Auditors is they assume that everyone in a public building is a Public Servant. They’re not. Some government employees are in a Support Role. They just support the government through regular staffing positions. A Public Servant is someone who’s roll directly supports the public (Police, Fire Department, Clerk, Treasurer, etc). In this specific circumstance, she is essentially just an office worker in a Public Building.

BUT. Because she is in a public building, she is unfortunately exempt from any reasonable privacy AND he has all the rights to be there. One issue you will one into as an Auditor is that you typically have to have business to be in a public place. If you have no intentions doing business, you can be asked to leave. You have to be real careful with your words. That’s why most auditors claim to be doing a “story”, because their intent and business now becomes Press.

  18. "Tie-ranny"? Lord. 🤦‍♀️

It's pronounced "Tee-ruh-nee". If you're going to accuse someone of it on video at least learn how to pronounce it correctly, ffs.

  19. That's a well reasoned, supremely articulated take on what happened. However! What the video doesn't seem to understand is "This is for what? Arresting me for what? I'm not allowed to stand up for myself? I thought this was America. Huh? Isn't this America? I'm sorry, I thought this was America."

  20. How ever when ever they feel like it.thats incorrect, thats not what most of them are doing, What your saying basically is the government can tell any lie they want, to prevent people from holding their government accountable, makes no sense Hey guys im comin to ivestigate, oh ok, hey everybody cameras are coming, put everything away, and everybody act professional and honest, we dont want them to find out what were doing. In short the judge said he is taking that right away, what exactly was the crime that he commited to be aksed to leave i missed it.

  21. They cant ask him to leave, if he hasn't broken the law. I noticed a couple tyrant trolls, in comment section, they cant help but stick their heads out, makes easier to find the bad cops.the bad cops always enforce policies inatead of laws.

  22. They didnt want him there simple as that. Bout time one of these auditors gets an F. To be honest we cant even call him an auditor cause he obviously didnt do his research like a real auditor would have.

  23. I’ve watched a lot of these episodes, and unfortunately a lot of the ‘auditors’ seem to have mental issues or are otherwise trolls

  24. lol imagine just doing your job and you get a call/someone shows up to do an "audit" for 1st amendment rights. "I have a right to be here. It's public property. Call the cops so you can get taught a lesson." Just let them do their jobs and not cause undo stress, holy sh*t.
