Live tonight at 6:30 pm eastern. What happens when your government sends the goon squad to your house to threaten you over what you said on social media? Check out a video where this happened yet again in Palm Beach. Also, the Fifth Circuit issues an unpublished opinion on qualified immunity in a case of death by taser. Also, the WV Legislature apparently takes on WV’s Governor, finally. Freedom is Scary, Live. No. 44.

When Rogue police officers are out of control in a private property smashing down a door they have to be met with Led we will not put up with this. Officers are out of control and they must suffer the consequences for their actions.
If someone really wants to kill themselves, they do not "advertise" they just do it. This man was was yelping for help. America's mentally ill are put in jail, abused, and sometimes killed by out of control trigger happy badge toting goons. The cops could hire people with mental health expertise, iñstead of psychopaths with guns.
They are the masters, we are the slaves.
No worries on the sound as there is none. Thank you tho.
Most all my speech as far as criticism of big G or big T is just blacklisted and hidden from everyone to see on fake book under myl name.
In the Taser case, shooting him with a Pistol would have been far more merciful than setting him on fire and burning him to death and burning the home down.
I predict this: If more cops are given that BS Qualified Immunity when they clearly murdered someone, this will be what causes the next revolution.
That taser case is total BS, the cops literally said "If we use Tasers, he will catch on fire"…. so they used tasers? How is not not intentional murder?
Qualified Immunity should be repealed, it does nothing but inspired cops to violate your rights with impunity.
"Like strippers dancing, or people at church dancing" < That grouping cracked me up, hilarious🤣!
What qualified immunity? Its phkn total and complete immunity! Theres nothing qualified about it!
Now im fearing for for this womans safety!
Oh lady quit while you're alive, doh! I mean quit while you're ahead.
Should've just been a 'bean bag' case (likely no court) and he would be alive and possibly getting proper care.
They are doing pre-crime ? What is this minority report?
Kill the guy who's in danger to "save" him? Well whaddya know, these cops cured the disease by killing the patient. If only someone had thought of that before. 🙄
They don't see what else the cops could have done? So not a single one of those cops had a fire extinguisher at their disposal, which they could have used to douse him before he could've lit the lighter? And the moment the cops acknowledged the arguably imminent risk of fire which, if not from the moment that they entered the house and realized that gasoline and lighters generally don't pair well, was at least from the moment that one of the cops said that tasing him would ignite the gasoline, nobody thought to radio dispatch to request support from the fire department and EMS? These are all things that they would have had to do anyway if the man had surrendered himself. There are lots of other ways that the damage to property or potential for harm to the victim could have been mitigated without the cops once again playing judge, jury, and executioner.
Taser case was straight up MURDER
I can't believe in the current year people on social media use their real names.
The crime of trespassing is only a crime when the cops want it to be, not for who they want to cover for. A crime is a crime. The cops are the criminals.
Could you please address on jury nullification, would it be legal to have people with signs outside the courthouse explaining jury nullification? Legal for an attorney to organize this? Legal for the defendant to organize this? What about the defendant participating in this? Free speech , right???
I know this is after the livestream, but I really hope you see and answer this question!
The thing you missed about the Taylor v. Riojas case that guy was trying to reference for you, is that it is the first time the Supreme Court has stripped officers of Qualified Immunity WITHOUT a preceding similar case!
It also seems to let through ANY future claim where "any reasonable person should know that the actions violated a person's civil rights"! This is a LANDMARK case, not something only reserved for prisoners. Not sure how you didn't look a few paragraphs further to see this.
This guy does a great job explaining it:

Yes
That looks like a residential neighborhood in the video. The sidewalks in those sorts of neighborhoods, if mandated by the city, are present on an easement. It's still on her property, technically. A sidewalk is usually considered a public thoroughfare. If she touched the grass though… then she would likely be trespassing.
I'm not a Lawyer. Nor am I familiar with the particulars of Florida law as it relates to trespassing on easements. I am familiar with another State's usual easement rules as it relates to the sides of public streets.
I think my nuts are worth more than a dollar, now my wife might have a different opinion but Mine are worth at least $87 lol.
If setting someone on fire is not excessive then nothing is
Cops do not work for the public they work for Satans asshole "Government n Big Corporations".all for revenue and to fill up the jails n prisons again for revenue. Big money". In doing so they are allowed to rape take and murder anyone they choose. There's no such thing as a good cop.
Cop tazed the guy deliberately. Wanted to help the guy burn to death. Bet he was joking about it to his fellow workers!
Which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard before. That is like saying Novel Corona Virus isn't new since there has not been seen before. Key word Novel.
Of course Texas; here is the place where everyone knows the laws accept cops.
I have seen Many. I have taken tons of barbs out.
All cops are weak now! Not like when my father was a Wv Trooper. Those guys did not need help or were scared.
There would be no other way around. She would be in jail.
U r real hero, every man stand for other persons rights is hero
Cops think they are gods, so they don't think that a device that makes a million volt spark won't ignite the vapors of an extremely flammable liquid.
Yea. That kind of arrogance.
In Ron DeSantis's Florida. Take notice. Him and his FDLE can do something about this.
