  1. Why are they so confused about the law. The uniform means absolutely nothing. Also if he was on shift why is he doing personal task on the clock? This shows the officers don't know or understand the law.

  2. The police officer said that he was NOT there on official business. The building has a no firearms policy. The guard informed the cop that he can not bring his firearm in there. The cop persisted to enter. The guard was doing his job.

  3. At the end of the day that security guard is just that only a security guard which means his use of a firearm is only that of a normal private citizen not law enforcement. Which means you cannot pull your weapon with the intent on intimidating or threatening someone it can only leave your holster with the purpose of self-defense not with the purpose of enforcement. What does security guard did was aggravated assault which in most States is a felony and his was aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The guy is going to see jail time guaranteed

  4. So you would be incorrect. The sheriff's department is on call which means he's always on official duty. Is duties may not have been at the IRS office but he is on duty technically in that county.

  5. that deputy that got drawn on him is a pussy and shouldn't be a cop after a guard drawing a weapon on him. yeah the guard was overreaching hardcore, but to say that it's partially disabling is enough reason for his sheriff to take his badge imo. people sue at the drop of a hat it's disappointing

  6. All you people are fuckin IDIOTS. The fact that you are siding with the security officer just shows that you are IGNORANT…

THE COURTS SIDED WITH THE OFFICER. HIS EMPLOYER SIDED WITH THE OFFICER
go fuck yourself if you see different. You num nuts can't be married. Literally a bunch of single lonely men …😂😂😂. Fucking BETAS

  7. Wait a darn minute. I'm not disputing that he broke the law, and the uniform argument lacked any reasonable logic. What's flooring me is that he had to leave the building regardless, whether he was putting his weapon away or was deciding to leave robocop could have left the situation be, he only made matters worse.

  8. Dude you are 10000 % wrong about this this guy is a nut case and has some screws loose and this is not a federal building at all and when this officer tries to leave he held this man hostage stop the bull shit

  9. If this security guard was on the job at the Trump rally Trump would still have his full ear.
If he was at Uvalde he woulda done a way much better job than the Cops.
We need more autistic security guards that dont have "common sense" and do their job by the book.

  10. The security guard was fired and charged. Giving the police officer a C was actually idiotic. He tried to leave. Also no the cop wasn't trying to get a pass because of federal law. Because the building is city owned and not a federal building. So this so called federal law doesn't apply. Mr Overzealous power tripping security guard tried to be a hero for no reason. Dude obviously was a bit mental and being in his position doesn't have the mental capacity to evaluate a situation with common sense. He should not ever be able to work in an environment that he needs to be armed. Just wanted to put more context into this video that wasn't mentioned.

  11. At certain points and times I do agree of this but you’re very wrong when you’re a police officer you’re allowed to have your weapon in certain locations unless a private property and this was public property and a police officer is allowed to have his weapon on him

  12. 🤔 CPD in Chiraq beg to differ based on Officer Luis Huesca being shot and killed when exiting his vehicle in front of his home after finishing his shift. They claim he was still in the line of duty despite finishing his shift and still wearing his uniform (regardless of a jacket being worn OVER the uniform 👀).
