  1. You claim that people must announce their 5th Amendment right to remain silence, but that is bogus. Constitutional rights do not change, so remaining silent is enacting your 5th amendment right. You in no way have to announce you constitutional rights. I call BS on that claim…. The Law cannot trump your constitutional rights so laws that alter the reach of constitutional rights is unconstitutional and therefore null and void.

  2. The guy did advance in a threatening manner. The guy did not conduct himself in a good way. His actions and behavior did seem like he had mental issues.

  3. i thought the officer that arrived to close the deal handled it perfectly. he defused the suspect by bringing the same aggressive behavior, but in a warranted manner…his uniform tells all. the suspect looked like someone from minority report…poor anne lively

  4. How dare you give both the officer and this jerk both an 'F'. The jerk was acting suspiciously and provoking an altercation. Despite being asked to display his hands he deviously contrived to do the opposite. He was told not to approach but proceeded to do so regardless. From the outset he was doing everything possible to be un-cooperative with the police officers requests. Any law obiding reasonable citizen would have no problem with giving an explanation of his actions and provideing proof of identity.

  5. So maybe i was hearing things but the citizen sounded like he told the officers to stay out of his range. That with the weird way he was holding his hand and all the clothes i thought he had a bomb vest or something not gona lie.

  6. PLAIN AZZ STUPID on his part. He had the Officers on EDGE from the very beginning by hiding his hands and his agressive behavior.

He needs a 72 hour Mental Health Hold, which hopefully will deter further reenactments of his behavior!

  7. As a cop back in the day….if this idiot would have walked
up on me like that……..he would have been arrested and regretted it.
Wonder what this jerks …arrest record looks like.

  8. This is so sick to play games with the police and to tell you the truth when that guy would not cooperate and then he wants to walk up to the cop. Yep it’s scary. The guy was wrong.

  9. I'm sorry, but you are dead wrong here about the cop getting an F. That fake auditor was looking for trouble and wasn't going to stop until he found it.

  10. I don’t agree with the second officers grade. Sounded like he gave the suspect a verbal trespass command and to walk away. Suspect kept walking toward the officer trying to provoke action.
    Officer 1 – A (always calm)
    Officer 2 – B (stern commands)
    Suspect – F (always provoking)

  11. Unless your EMPLOYED by an agency and SENT to a business on OFFICIAL BUSINESS to collect information with a CLEARLY OUTLINED AND DETAILED PURPOSE. You are not an auditor.. you are a FRAUDITOR and SCUM of the EARTH

  12. I often find myself rewatching your videos for the refreshing take of actually breaking it down and not just dogging on those involved. I enjoy your videos very much & hope you'll continue uploading more content.
