  1. Unless someone was acting negligently, then I don't see how you can really hold someone accountable. Skiing is a risky activity, and you have to expect that collisions are possible.

  2. I was hit on the slope when I was 14. Girl about my size road me down about 100'. We were about same height & weight but she knocked the wind out of me. This gorgeous 6'5" teen picked me up asking if I was ok. I was trying to b cool & breath at same time. Skied down to cabin & mom made me some hot cocoa w mini marshmallows 😁
I keep hearing Terry talk about 4 ribs being broken & I'm sure Dr said 2. Idk what difference would b in pain level. I crushed 5 while riding dirt bike. I heard it. I couldn't get off the ground by myself. I could stand upright for 3 months. I could barely breath, don't u dare cough, sneeze, laugh, trip, reach for anything,… Walked around holding my ribs terrified someone bump into me. Missed 3 weeks of classes & couldn't carry my pack/ books for the longest time. Missed several weeks of work, couldn't bar tend…. Took solid 6 months b4 things got back to normal & even then wakeboarding & water skiing was out of the question all summer. I was extremely active athletic 23 yr old.
Terry didn't talk about all those things & sure didn't look like his activity slowed, specially for a man of his age, lack of muscle mass, arthritis, cancer drugs, yada yada,…. Perhaps he was getting baked w some amazing BC bud like me to fill the pain & thats what caused his short-term memory loss 😱🤣

  3. It was a good objection because he was making a statement that someone was out of control meaning her he didn't know what the scream was exactly he should have crossed them on that

  4. If this happend in any other country with people that are not American after they have crashed they would both just get up say sorry and go there separate ways. But america is the land of the lawyers and there is always someone to sue.

  5. The question should be; Who caused the crash otherwise it doesn't show fault if say a train rammed into a car that suddenly broke down on the line. Obviously the train isn't at fault for the accident!

  6. Have to say I'm not really enjoying season two of 'Rich Person suing another Rich Person' At least season 1 had some deep meaning and a need to have justice served. Not sure we're going to get a season three now.

  7. I don't know who hit who, but I do know well known rich people are seldom found guilty. They can buy experts, bribe witnesses and hire the best lawyers. On top of that she is extremely proficient at pretending.

  8. lol wtf the only reason there is a trail is because she is a celebrity, when u sking you take in consideration that you can fall and get injured its not a safe sport, not even close, and in any sport accident heppens, but only Daren an Karen will take that crap to court, snowflake Big Huge P
