Gwyneth Paltrow’s Attorney Plays Animation of Ski Crash During Trial

Attorneys for Gwyneth Paltrow played reconstructive animation of the ski crash she’s being sued for in court Monday. The animation was used to help the jury understand what allegedly happened, using the video and testimony from Paltrow’s ski instructor. Terry Sanderson is suing the actress claiming she was skiing “out of control” in 2016 causing a collision that left him severely injured. Paltrow said Sanderson really hit her.

  1. I once barely bumped into someone on the road and did no damage to her car, she said we should get the police to come, I sat there and talked with her for 15 minutes before the police came and she was totally fine, then afterwards she claimed on her insurance that she was injured. We can see this is part of the human condition. Lets lie to get what something out of someone if we can.

  2. Gwyneth reminded people they cannot siphon money out of celebrities unjustly…This is clearly not about the $300k for her. The fact that she sacrificed her valuable time to avert a lie says a lot about her character and providing an example to her children not to let people take undue advantage of you. Remember her countersuit was for $1 for herself. If anyone cannot understand that, there's a problem. The behavior of the female lawyer was abhorrent…basically purinng sugar all over Gwyneth to distract her. Gwyneth absolutely rocked! Good on her…and her cousel.

  3. Where is Sanderson's animation version? I could've had an animation made where I was in it. The judge said this was not evidence but it sure can sway the jurors one way and the Youtube audience.

  4. The very fact that they crashed on that side of the run means he had to have crashed into her. He was on the other side to start with, qweneth remained on her original path and he went towards her side

  5. I simply don't believe this Mr Christiansen. I seen him give her a rye smile.
They tell the jury day must not used this as evidence.🙄 of course they bloody will.
At first, he said "I wasn't paying her much attention"
He seems to have seen everything she did. 🧐 Liar

  6. “In your experience, is the person who says sorry usually at fault?”
    “Objection, speculation.”
    “Overruled.”

?????? Seems like total speculation. These TV trials are weird.

  7. Please do not equate an optometrist with the responsibility of a doctor, which implies ‘care’ for a patient. They, optometrists have a terminal degree in optics, i.e. glass and plastic dynamics to aid in vision. These people derive most of their income, profits from selling spectacles and contact lenses and miscellaneous external vision appliances. They are salesmen necessarily selling their products to customers. The term ‘patient’ and caring for their health and well being does not apply! It’s obvious in this case that this OD was interested in profiting from the
financial achievements of an accomplished actress.

  8. From what I can see GP was far out of his way and he came into her space when he didn't have to, there appeared to be plenty of space for him to move ahead. I don't know alot about skiing this is just what I'm observing
