Gwyneth Paltrow’s Kids Recall Ski Crash Aftermath: ‘This A-hole Ran Into Me’

The depositions of Gwyneth Paltrow’s children were read aloud in court Tuesday. Apple and Moses Martin both offered their recollection of events prior to the trial. Moses said in his deposition that he witnessed Terry Sanderson behind his mother after hearing her scream. Apple, who did not witness the crash, said her mom looked “shocked” after the collision and exclaimed “this a-hole ran into me” when explaining her frustration.

  1. Are they really Apple and Moses Martin — Gwyneth Paltrow & Chris Martin children?
They don't look anything like them they are both fair with blue eyes and these children are dark with quite a heavy build?
Strange there is no indicator of relativity ?
    Peace ☮️ out

  2. Everyone who is going off on this kid for chewing gum? Nepo Moses who’s “flight was delayed” (Got out of it because his Mom is a pretentious hag) was probably chewing gum in the deposition and discount Paul Dano here is mimicking him.

  3. Edit –
Lawyer-actor: "Do you remember this man? "

Apple-actor: "Oh my God, I remember him so well, I remember him So Well… He was the best! He gave us candies… I remember him…so well… "

Lawyer-actor: " Do you remember if he was under fifty years old? "

    Apple-actor: " I… uh… I don't remember…"

But the man in bottom left corner of the shot, tho! He is chewing on his pen, while intermittently nodding off and nearly bopping the microphone with his face.

Also, I hope the guy playing the role of Noah, doesn't have hopes for an acting career. It ain't gonna happen.

  4. Would she say a-hole , when recounting to her minor children, don't know if I would believe that part, strict parents as Paltrow seems to be, I should think wouldn't curse infront of their kids, not even if angry at someone else and when someone rams into you, you're usually stunned and wouldn't say in a neat sentence 'what the f you just ran into me ' don't believe the other person, it it seems that sentence is manipulated for the jury.

  5. Too much talk about an accident, where two people collide and fall together like if they were dancing. The guy is looking for money and He do not deserve it, because this was person to person there was not like a car accident, this case does not deserve any review at all. Is very simple a Shark is looking for and easy prey. That's all.

  6. Everything about this witness statesment by role playing people is wrong! Why is the man protected against the protocol in a court?
Some words there are NOT the words of a nine year old ("the man adresses the situation..").

  7. The Dude was thinking that going from demanding 3M to 300k was going to result in an offcourt settlement. Going to trial just proves he doesn't have the slightest case

  8. I clicked on this based on the sort of captivating title, and it's been bizarre to hear two legal professionals (supposedly) reading this dialogue as if they barely know the language — ironic given that this is a case involving a major actress. It must be more torture to her to hear the mangling and semi-literate-sounding rendition of this dialogue than any aspect of the case itself.
