Gwyneth Paltrow’s lawyer, Stephen Owens, asked the judge to issue a directed verdict Wednesday morning after the plaintiffs rested their case the day before. The judge denied the motion to dismiss the negligence claim against Paltrow, giving the green light for the defense to begin presenting their case.

I feel like the other people responsible for negligence and wanting only money and fame are Sanderson’s lawyers. They should have advised Sanderson that this was not a solid case. Such a waste of everything… including a few good ski days!

Clearly… TS might have known that Miss Paltrow was in his area skiing by Ramon, his buddy. TS saw this as an opportunity to get some "easy money" to further his world wide travels and "beer money" for his buddies.
Nothing better than to have a frivolous lawsuit to bring out the plaintiffs skeleton's and lies to prove this. TS said to the press that he didn't know he would have to bare so much of his privacy. Well… now you know. It didn't work.

He needs to put all of that retirement money back into his account after all of the partying/boozing & trips to Europe/Africa with his daughter. I've gone skiing many, many times. I've had minor accidents, fallen, crashed sometimes my fault, sometimes others. I've never had the urge to sue someone. He spotted Paltrow well before the accident and went for it. He wants a payday. I hope he loses and has to pay for her attorneys.
She had the unfortunate experience of coming in contact with a con. Sounds like he's been running cons for a while. Claims blindness to the VA and already tried to sue other people.

Is it just me or is anyone picking up how disorganised these attorneys are when looking up statements etc and the delay thats involved when speaking to try and make a point….even having to return often to there tables to retrive testiment ..it just seems so unprofessional..
