Gwyneth Paltrow’s lawyer Stephen Owens grilled Terry Sanderson about the many vacations he took after the ski crash. Owens showed Sanderson photos of himself, often smiling and appearing to be in good spirits, which the skier wrote off as a part of his recovery protocol to return to a normal life.

It's embarrassing to listen to him trying to describe these events with family and friends in some fun way.

I’d like to hear a little more about the breathalyzer. Why does he need it? If you are drinking to the point of needing a breathalyzer to make sure you are ok to drive, then you can’t blame someone else for your bad decision making.

He even spilled water on himself intentionally on camera to make a scene. Just the most bizarre attention seeking behavior even while everyone is paying attention to you because you demand it.

The brain damage (allegedly) could have happened during one or collectively of his many trips after the incident. Not to mention, even though I hate saying it, his age plays a factor not to mention lifestyle which in this case he seems to be doing just fine. Moreso than most young adults. lol

I do not know anyone who travels this much. You need a certain health level to do all of these activities. I think he was looking for the payoff for sure but I also feel sorry for him b/c I do believe he is mentally slipping due to his long time health issues. His health issues are vast & long term. I do not believe he is the victim. The facts show he crashed into Gwyneth. And whether you like her or not, and I know, many people do not, and I looking to say they don’t like the way she moves her lips and reads things into her always movements of her lips along with. How did she walk like that or wear a really nice blazer, which is just ridiculous. And she had to put up with all of this blame and go through this entire trial and have herself drag through this court case all because this man wanted a payday and so did his family how sad this world has become I do wish him well, and so did she take the time to wish him well nobody wishes him any harm

Plaintiff is such a liar and a fraud. This shouldn't have even gone to trial. The good thing is he has to pay attorney fees for both sides.
