UPDATE June 14, 2021: Howard County Jail personnel confirmed on Monday, June 14, 2021, that Shawn Adkins, the live-in boyfriend of the mother of murdered teenager Hailey Dunn, has been arrested on a charge of her murder and is in custody, the Abilene Reporter-News reports. Bond was set at $2 million, according to the Reporter-News.
